Stored some items here for several months and would highly recommend. The facility was clean, secure, and easy to move stuff in and out of with the covered drive up bay and provided carts. Maxine was very helpful and made the entire process very easy.

Ms. Maxine was so incredibly helpful and all around wonderful. She literally tuned an incredibly stressful, bad day around by just being her. The storage facility is very clean and convenient with the carts at the front and the drive up bay thats covered. The small unit was just the right size for my stuff and she even says she put me next to a currently empty one in case I needed another one it would be right next door. I was referred to Securcare by 2 of my family members who highly recommend them and Im extremely happy with my decision. Thanks again Ms. Maxine- you are great! :)

I had a great experience with Maxine, the manager. I went there to rent two units but they didnt have anything available in the size I needed. She got my business card and said shed call me if anything came up. I figured Id never hear from her but only a couple of hours later she called me and said they would have something available the next day. I went back and rented the units. Maxine went above and beyond, and was so friendly and nice and patient. I would definitely recommend this company. The facility is also very clean and they have a covered loading ramp which is great when its raining.

The entire process to reserve a storage space, and unload our gear was simple. I needed last minute storage, and the website made it easy to rent a unit. The on-site staff told us everything we needed to know. They showed us the best place to park, and showed us our storage unit. We were able to drive up next to the entrance, get a cart, and easily unload. Very clean unit and great customer service.

Reserved a unit 9/6 to be moved into on 9/11. Packed entire truck early in the morning so I could be there at 10AM when the website says they are open so I could see my unit, possibly buy another if needed, complete paperwork & pay. I get there at 10AM & sign is on the door that the office is CLOSED. I received countless emails about my move in day on the days prior to the 11th but none of them mentioned that the office would be closed, nor did anyone from the office reach out to let me know this either. Take your money & business to CubeSmart Storage down the street where they aren’t closed on Saturdays!!

Maxine is a real professional, she is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I got all the information I needed, quickly filled out the paperwork, and even helped me figure out a quirky lock.

My wife and I were able to use the storage not too long ago and it was an absolutely positive experience. The manager and staff are very courteous, kind, helpful, and provide excellent service. The storage was the perfect size and it was extremely easy to access, move-in, and move-out. The storage is huge and our storage was located perfectly near a large door on the ramp. Also, the DeKalb International Farmers market is right Across the street. This was by far the best storage and service Ive used and I highly endorse this location.

My things got rained on and molded in this storage facility. I had to throw away a few valuable items due to their infrastructural issue though I had insurance.If the storage place was not hit by a tornado or something else drastic, I would not be covered by my insurance.... Simply Storage knew this and still did not compensate me in any way shape or form for my inconvenience. Terrible customer service.I lost my job and was behind on payments, after being on time every month for a year, and they locked my unit (which is expected). In result, they cut 2 of my locks and are not replacing them out of consideration. I know they do not have to, but you would think the Manager or District manager would have some type of empathy or AGAIN customer service by replacing my 2 locks that were pretty expensive.Never again and I will deter anyone from this place that express interest.

Superb location right across street from Dekalb Farmers Market . I compared rates with 5 other local storage places and theyre right on target with their prices. Best thing is having access to unit until 10 PM seven days a week.
