I purchased a pool 1 year and 108 days ago. I still have no pool and have been refused a refund. Same person owns Decatur Pool and Spa i believe. I would take your money elsewhere if you are shopping.

Unhappy with the new staff, ordered & paid for a pool 6 weeks ago. After 3 weeks went to check on status & was told it hadnt been ordered. 😡 Then the following week was told should be here next week, the next week was told the style we ordered was back ordered due to steel shortage!! Had left several messages,never got a return call. Sorry I choose this place to order. Have done business with them the last 25 yrs. Will rethink were we buy supplies.

Kinda pricey, but they usually have what I need. Bought a Doughboy pool from them 14 years ago and it is still holding up.

Very friendly and helpful. Our pump broke a week before we were going to close our pool and Matt offered to come out to my house and helped me set up a different one with a new hose and everything!
