So I send my mom to this store to grab party supplies with my debit card, and they refuse to sell her anything unless she shows an ID proving it’s her card. Since when did it become illegal to let someone use your card? Yeah, I don’t think it is. What makes you guys think you can make rules that are not legally binding. Anyone can use anyone’s card anywhere with their permission, and we better not have this issue again. Poor customer service, maybe you should get away from only hiring the white elderly, and maybe you’d have some better customer service.

Party Warehouse is a great place to get....party supplies. Plenty of balloons, various colored plates, napkins, etc. They also have some themed items for a party. Plenty of parking out front. Helpful and friendly staff. The store has always been well organized.

Great service but charges the same price to fill ballons as they would to just sell you balloons. Slightly off putting but worked in a pinch.

Rude, no one asked if I needed help. I didnt realize they have a policy that they need an ID to use a debit card. I guess because anywhere else you go now days nobody and mean nobody asks for an ID. She was rude when she asked and then told me I would have to have cash then. I said okay bye. She gave me a dirty look and said rudely okay bye. Will never step foot in there again. They lost out on money, so their loss. Also Im now at walmart buying the stuff that was there bc honestly their selection isnt any different than going to walmart.

The cashier was rude. She was ringing up my items and said you know balloons dont float without helium. I noticed her that Im very aware of that and Im pretty sure that is common knowledge. Then when I paid with my debit card she requested that I show ID. When I showed her my Foid card ID she made a face. I will not go there again they are very rude and this is not the first time I had a bad experience at Party Warehouse.

Great employees! They are helpful, kind and courteous. They have a nice large selection of party decorations as well as greeting cards. They also have a large selection of balloons.

Lots of stuff

They have a very wide selection of all things party however, the staff are often abrupt especially those doing balloons. They act as if you shouldnt need or want to ask questions and dont want to answer if you dare to. Its happened several times. I go because I dont have any options and I feel this also explains some of the attitudes.

They have everything that you are planning or looking for there. Prices are great also! All cards are half price! You cant go wrong shopping there for your party or card needs!!

3 workers looked at me and didnt even speak. Not a hello, can I help you, are you looking for something in particular? Nothing. They did however speak to my counterparts. Wondering if its a racial issue. I wont be back.

Not a huge selection, but we still stop in for supplemental items once we have our major items shopped for. Staff could be a bit more helpful/kind.

Worst experience I have had at a store. No one asked to help us. The cashier was absolutely rude to my daughter and myself. The product was overpriced and I will NEVER return to this store!

This place has just about anything you need as far as accessories for a party- tableware, invites, cards, cute decor, balloons, and even some gifts. Its our go-to place for balloons

Good place to find a variety of items for parties and for holiday meals. Some items can be kind of pricey but you also can find a lot of very reasonably priced items.

They lost my service. I went it to have balloons filled, that I had purchased online. They didnt carry them. I was charged the price of that they would sell the balloons for PLUS the helium. I had paid about $20 for the balloons on ebay, then paid over $35 to have them filled here. I asked them why on earth do I have to pay them for balloons that I bought elsewhere and was told it was because they were a new item and werent offered at their store??? Not sure what the logic is. I used to shop there all the time. I have never had problems before. I have had them fill them before as well, wihout being charged for the balloons.

I called this place a full day in advance asking if I could get a ballon filled for a baby gender reveal party with powder in it. I showed up with my ballon with the powder in it. One of the ladies there turned her nose up at my ballon and made a huge deal about the powder in it. Even tho I had called the day before to make sure they would be able to fill it. She made a huge deal about it. And was completely rude. As a first time customer here who has 3 kids and would probably come back for birthday partys they have lost my business completely. There is a was to tell a customer that you cant do something. They have poor customer service. Im not sure why they are still in business based on these reviews.

It was just CRAZY in this store last Sunday but the only 2 employees were so nice and helpful even though they were understaffed.

Always find what I need there, but the prices are a little high compared to Target or Walmart.
