I just left the Best Buy store right now and I am very very unsatisfied with my service. They have very poor customer service and rude! I’ve been turned down to purchase the exact same headphones which is on sell and they don’t have the same ear piece color which is the only slight difference and they still refused to sell me the headphones Robert and Stephanie I believe the manager and coworker who handled this matter. And to remind you I drove an hour just to get here. And I’m very very unhappy with the services! This store never have anything that I need When they say they have it in stock well they actually never do. This is my third time coming to this Best Buy and they are corny and unprofessional plus they never have anything. I would suggest everybody to do their pericardia purchases online instead of coming to this low stock store. I repeat Don’t even come here and waste your time at this Best Buy! It’s terrible and they do not know how to properly serve their customers. And I will be bringing my money somewhere else and never at this Best Buy again because it’s terrible and I give it(zero stars )
I went in to have a back-camera installed. I attempted it myself but had trouble doing it. So everything that needed to be removed was already removed....the radio, dash trim, center console, and kick panel. They wired it perfectly, but they didnt put everything back. If I didnt take everything off, their job would be that much harder. I told them that, and their response was if they broke something, theyd be responsible for it. I then told them if they removed everything themselves, they would have to put everything back. And if they broke something in the process of putting it back, theyd be responsible for that too, to which they had no response. So I paid $135 for an installation which includes removal of dash pieces and reinstallation of those pieces and I didnt get all those services I paid for.As Im leaving the guy tells me I can adjust the back up camera with a screwdriver. The camera was pointed up in the air. They couldnt even adjust it to a proper angle before giving me the car back.

Bought a fridge from this place. The sales associate was less than helpful.The delivery team showed up on time. The team that arrived caused EXTENSIVE damage to my home.They did NOT shut off the water when removing the old fridge - water leaked into the downstairs unit and into the basement onto electrical boxes.The team removing the old fridge DRAGGED the appliance across hardwood floors, SLAMMED it into dry wall, SMASHED into moulding and the icing on the cake was they DROPPED the old fridge on stairs and then dragged it down each step. On the way out the front door they DRAGGED the appliance again.Good luck trying to file a claim - Best Buy makes this NEAR impossible to get a hold of someone. Took about 5 hours to get a rep who could assist.Miley Cyrus on a wrecking ball would have caused LESS damage. Im actively pursuing damages against their insurance company and potential legal action.

If I could choose a negative 10 I would for my over all experience with Best Buy. Brought a toshiba television in 2019 and brought a 5 yr warranty. It started acting up less then a year later . Geek squad came to my home 3 times to fix television. The television wasn’t fixed all 3 times . Best Buy sold me a defective television. Now Best Buy is telling me my 5yr warranty is inactive because the geek squad fixed the problem. Some of the customers service agents are very rude . I will NEVER shop in Best Buy again.
My local favorite Best Buy store. You can find the electronics, TV, etc. you look for. Also, there are nice items that are on clearance and discounted pricing.
Purchased a fridge and purchased EXTENDED Warranty. DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH BEST BUY!!! Fridge went bad after 3 years and getting to fix or replace is a total nightmare. It been 3 full weeks since reported not working. I get no calls back. Each time I call I get an unreasonable answer. No one calls back. After chasing for 3 weeks and escalated I get told put a claim with LG directly. I call LG they say tell Best Buy Geek Squad to call us and put a claim. Its a TOTAL DISASTER. I still dont know what to do?? $2500 fridge 300 warranty and LOST.
I really cant say enough good things about my refrigerator purchase at the dedham location. The managers meesh and John couldnt have been more pleasant or helpful. The gentlemen that wrapped it and help put it in my vehicle were also super pleasant and helpful. Great job and experience all around. Thank you
I tried returning a Samsung Flat screen. The TV was broken. They gave me such a hard time, because the leg stand was missing one screw. I asked if they could just exchange and keep the screws from the sawpped tv. But they denied that. I thought I was going to be out $2,000.00. I had to go to the hardware store have them match up the screws and then I was able to return it. Another thing that I didnt like is that they have some girl wearing her communist hat, being rude to all the customers. She was not wearing a best buy uniform. But she worked there. Unacceptable to bring personal politics into the work place.
I am not normally one to review a bestbuy but this staff should be commended. they really exceeded any expectations I could have had. As soon as I walked on there were staff members at the door to greet me. I told them what i was looking for and they assigned a very helpful staff member to help me pick the right ring doorbell for me. the man was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect model for my needs. from there i went over TVs and there another gentlemen ready to help me. he was extremely knowledgeable and gave me incredible helpful information. After we went over to the kitchen and appliance section where an extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable gentlemen once again helped me find the right product for me and explained the installation process. the store was clean, organized, and well stocked. I am floored by the caliber of customer service. I never thought i would be impressed by a bestbuy but here i am impressed enough to write a review....
I bought this Samsung monitor few months ago. I was moving it from one desk to another desk very gently and when turned it on I see the dark spot on the top of the screen. It wasn’t dropped and even touched with any other object. It was on my hand al the time. Yesterday I took it to the Dedham BestBuy from where I bought it. The behavior of the customer service was bad. When I requested to talk to the manager, and the manager came- she was worst than the first person. I told her that it’s not just money it’s this bad quality product bestbuy is selling and it gives bad experience about BestBuy, not only Samsung, she was like I can’t do anything if you don’t like it. She was even mockingly laughing when I was leaving the store disappointed. Had a bad day due to this unprofessional rude manager and customer service person.
What can I say, your typical Best Buy. This particular lactation is always stocked with what ever electronics Im looking for. Sales associates have always been friendly and helpful here.
Try to get my Apple item repair which under warranty. The staff name Scott at Geek Squad is not helping and offer such a bad service. Not even trying to help and just keep decline. Keep sayin you should bring to Apple instead of Best Buy. It is a waste of my time. Best Buy is authorized Apple provider. Why you keep decline legal repair request?

Very poor customer service right now at Dedham Best Buy. The lady was very unhelpful even though I had coverage she was unwilling to diagnose to see if it was a hardware or software. She just concluded it will be a hardware issue because there is nothing like virus for chrome book. What is the use of all these warranty they talk you into buying?I will go back to resolve this issue.
Worst experience at this Best buy location particularly in TV department. Staff and manager is arrogant and has no respect for customers. I wouldnt recommend to buy any electronics from this location.
If you are willing to go inside a store, youll find that the store is certainly not at capacity so that distancing is easy. Click the button in your email to let them know you have arrived and youll have your order in just a couple of minutes. Its even faster if you come after the store has closed. Curbside pickup is still available until 8:00 most nights.
We ran into an issue with a laptop purchase and Bryan one of the managers immediately found a solution and rectified it. Couldn’t ask for better customer service.
My wife and I went to buy miitopia for our son today. We were just checking out the TVs, no intention of buying, which we were forthcoming about with the man who approached us to help. Nonetheless, he enthusiastically told us about a couple of different types, answered all of our questions about them, and was just a pleasure to talk to. A great place to go if you want to by a thing, not a great place to go if you need to learn about a thing before you buy it, or have a delivery. In the last month, a sales man stopped me from buying a smoke detector that I later had to buy anyway because he couldnt understand the box correctly, and told me it wouldnt work AT ALL without Amazon Ring service, when it works just fine. Also, exactly a week ago today, when I was supposed to have the first delivery appointment of the day for my new stove, between 7-9 and confirmed multiple times the day before, I got a 7:30 morning call that the item to be delivered wasnt in their warehouse. A great place to but a standalone gadget, or printer ink. For anything more complicated, best to move along and find a better retailer.
Last couple of months this location has been lacking on a lot of things. Also the anesthetics and organization has also a lot to be desired.
Fake delivery dates and horrendous customer serviceWe bought an appliance from the Best Buy Dedham store way back in Nov 2020. Every month they send us a delivery date and just a day before the date we get a notification that the delivery has been rescheduled to next month. This has been happening for the last 3-5 months. When we received the delivery appt. this month we called to confirm and were told the appliance has shipped from the manufacturer but it wont be delivered until September. When we asked why it would take this long, the sales manager (Anthony I think) was extremely rude, as if he was paying us and hung up the phone.Dont make the mistake we did, do not buy from this Best Buy Store..

Awesome place with very large collection of items, unlike any nearby Best Buy’s. And they have a large parking space available. The salesmen’s are well behaved and really helpful. Overall a good shopping experience.

Super helpful staff in TV department. Very knowledgeable. We had a pretty intricate set up for gaming consoles, PC, tv and wall mounts and they helped tremendously.

I dont remember the name of the person that did my speaker install, but he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. He couldve done the job in his sleep, but still made me feel like fixing my speakers was important.

I ordered an LG washer/dryer combo from Pacific Kitchen and Home on 2/27/21. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. When delivery day arrived, the workmen sent to install my washer/dryer were rude, sarcastic, and didnt adhere to social distancing requirements. they spent a total of 20 minutes at m apartment on the phone with dispatch when there was an issue finding the drain pipe (the building is new construction). They refused to wait 5 minutes for maintenance to come and show how to access the drain pipe. I will be calling tomorrow for a refund and taking my business elsewhere. Buyer beware! The vendors this store uses for installations are incompetent, rude, and dont observe social distancing.
I arrived an hour after placing an order for pickup, and just happened to ask the best possible employee for help. He had been there for 8 years, and said the companies stock program for employees had allowed him to buy a house last year. He was telling me this while tracking down my purchase, and walking from customer service to register, finally saying just take it and leave because of backlog on the computer. That is exactly why Best Buy is still in business, they not only have great products but the staff to represent them. I wanted the product today and Amazon cant do that...yet😷

This is a pretty busy Best Buy, but they keep the shelves full and organized. I am more of a browser than a help me type, but when I ask questions the staff usually know whats up.
I ordered the product online they told me it was in stock I get to the Dedham store which is 35 miles from where I was. When I got there they said the order was not processed And the item was out of stock the Greeter was great and a great help canceling my order. Well I figured Id look while I was there. Guess what.. I found the microwave they said was out of stock. So now I have 2 charges on my credit card and 1 microwave. The microwave is great 👍 but on line orders are not smooth.
One thing I can say is that its hard to find someone who knows their stuff at best buy. I mean when you do, usually they will get promoted or get another job so you wont see them there for long. I was lucky I found such a person when I went in to check sound systems. If that person wasnt there I would have checked things in the store and bought everything online from some other place. They better realize its their people keeping them open because if they keep losing the good ones, they are next. So go to the tv section and look for Phillip. If he is still there when you go, listen to him.

Curbside pickup was quick and easy. They stay open for curbside 2 hours after the store closes which is very convenient.

Treated like a second class citizen. Received not one, but two defective units. Wasted ten hours total between Saturday and Sunday with no resolution. Returned second defective unit and purchased though Amazon.

On 9/13/20, I purchased two Chromecasts at the Best Buy in Dedham. After peeling off the sealed plastic cover on both boxes, I found one box was missing the Chromecast. I immediately called the Dedham store and, after 10 minutes of waiting, a customer representative answered and said they couldnt help me and needed to forward my call to the store. I ended up waiting 32 minutes on hold and never got a chance to speak with anyone. Over the last two months, Ive experienced an increase in rude employee interactions and received wrong information on services and products from the Best Buy in Dedham. With Amazon and Target available, there is really no reason for me to ever return to Best Buy again.
Yesterday I went to bestbuy to buy washing machines and dryers. There are many different brands and specifications in the store. We chose the three brands that we planned to buy, when we asked the clerk our first choice, he said that he had said three times and we still didnt understand what he meant. In fact, it was out of stock. The store is only samples, and I don’t know when it will be available. So we chose another brand. The clerk scanned it with his mobile phone and said it was in stock. When we provided personal information, we had to place an order. The clerk told us that the clothes dryer we chose would not be available until February..., This wasted our two hours. Before we gone to bestbuy, we checked on their website and it showed that it was delivered within three days. We could just and only see samples in the store.
Service was pretty bad when we were there in person. I understand they are short staffed right now, and the salesman wouldnt even make eye contact or say just a minute. He just ignored us while he was helping another customer. Then husband called a few days later and was on hold for 40min with no answer at all and he finally hung up.
I’m writing this review yesterday’s date was August 11, 2020 I went to Best Buy to do a price match with my son around 3:30 PM so I walk up to the front counter a manager is there and says can I help you I ask him can he help me get a price match because it was $100 difference on the big screen that I had purchased four days ago so he told me because I he could not help me and I would have to call 1- 800 Best Buy to get a price match this manager his name is Rob Maudsly or Moises not sure about his last name so I asked another young man in the computer section named Leslie can you help me he said show us or I’ll help you a price match to add on for me and called another manager from another department in kitchen to override it for him and the reason why I gave the store three-star is because Rob is very lazy to be a manager And this is not the second time I had an encounter with him not wanting to do his job. He lied he could’ve helped me it would’ve took him to three maybe five minutes to the most as it did the young man Leslie in the computer section thank God he was there but Rob needs to be re-trained and helping customers. So when I’m leaving the store do you only thing Rob is doing is staring down his iPhone at the front cashier.
Customer service was quite disappointing. Salesman was grumpy and cold to me when I asked them about the a certain mousepad I couldnt find. Only told me the mousepads were other there. Didnt help me check, didnt really answer my question, no clarification, nothing.
I had a need for a personal printer, after looking and checking around I realized that no associate offered any help. I had to asked for assistance just to find out that from all the numerous displays BB had, there was not a single one in the house. I ended up getting my printer at BJs, same model, same price. The thing is, it wasnt the first time I visited Best Buy and is not the first time a had the experience of not getting any help to find an item. Is it because the pandemic? I dont know, you tell me.
Customer service is absolutely horrendous and non existent. The cashier Ryan or Bryan was combative and rude and a disgusting attitude. His words were “customer is always right is a thing of the past. The manager was nonchalant and dismissive. The customer who isn’t always right is the one that allows you to have a job. The cashiers attitude reflects that of the managers.

I purchased a washer and dryer on tax free day and did not expect to walk out with them, just wanted to take advantage of buy appliances tax free. I got a delivery date 1.5 moths later in October and was happy with the timing. I then got called from the store shortly after purchase date and said they were pushing to delivery till the end of October. Recently got an email saying they were delaying till the END of NOV, 3 months after purchase date I tried calling the store to find out why, spent over 2 hours trying to get a hold of someone but could not get an answer and finally spoke to someone but got redirected to a store in MAINE!!!! I got extensions to the managers office, the front desk and the service counter. I tried calling again, 10 times with the extension with no answer. I will never return to this store, customer services is the worst and I am now returning the products as I was able to get them delivered in 2 days from a different store.
Order something to be picked up at curbside. 4 hours later, the order was still processing. Went to the store to ask about the product, was told they cant do anything for me until the system fully proceeded with the order (not the same thing as charging my credit card b/c the fund was already taken from my account). They only decided to help me as the store is closing. The sad part about the whole experience is that they only need to radio to the back of the store to get me my item, which took 15 minutes.
Went looking for high end speakers, walked around for 20 minutes and not an employee in sight or asking if I needed assistance. Surprised this place is still in business.
Went here twice. First time I couldnt find anyone in the store to help me and second time there was a line outside. Came to my senses and ordered the stuff I wanted from Amazon.

Worst shopping experience I had in best buy stores, the lady in the TV section just ignore me for half an hour, and nobody seems to care about the customers and they also have no clue what they are doing, just like a place for their retirement life! There are reasons why this specific store receives so many one-star ratings.

The most terrible shopping experience ever!!! I love Bestbuy and bought a lot of stuff here. But the shop assistant in Theater department is just terrible and full of arrogant. Me and my husband standing right in front of the register desk for more than half hour, and the shop assistant just pretend she’s busy and don’t talk with us. I was trying to talk with her, but her just said she is so busy and can’t help me with impatient tone.And I checked Google Review, so many one star reviews and complaints.That’s all TRUE! Just don’t come to this Bestbuy! Terrible service!!!

Do NOT call this store. Apparently you dont get the actual store, you get a call center in Framingham with staff who are very uninformed. I waited over 45 minutes to get somebody on the phone, asked a couple questions, was given incorrect information regarding one of them, then drove a half hour to this store, only to be told that the information I was given was incorrect. They were unwilling to help me out for all of my wasted time in any way, including standing by the information their fellow staff member gave me. They didnt even pretend that they were going to make sure this never happened again (the Well find out why that information was given to you, and make sure it doesnt happen again line that you know theyre not even going to do, but it still makes you feel a tiny bit better). I probably wouldnt have even bothered to leave a review if they had fed me that line. Their attitude was simply Oh well, which I suppose I understand because it didnt happen to them. I understand American culture (when something is wrong, you only get upset if you yourself are affected), but I still feel it was handled poorly... (Thats what I get for trying to be good and recycle, I suppose.)
