A.C. Moore is always a great craft supply store to go to. It just sad that competitors have forced them to close a number of locations. They large stores with a variety of craft, hobby and other items like frames. They have good prices, great sales and the customer services there is ALWAYS on point. I am so, so, so glad I stumble upon this one during work. It is not close to me but that will NOT stop me from going there again now that I know it is there. They always have items there that I cannot find anywhere else or did not know existed. I highly recommend A.C. Moore to any crafter of any skill level looking to get into crafting, does it professionally, has a craft or DIY hobby or just need to grab some thread to mend a tear or missing button.

A.C. Moore in the Dedham Mall is your all around craft/ hobby store. My main focus is on their yarns since I knit and crochet. The quality is excellent with a large variety of yarns available. They also offer free patterns. The rewards program is super- I just redeemed another $10 coupon! There are also lots of jewelry making supplies, childrens crafts, decorating ideas and framing services.

I been coming here as a young girl. This lovely lady with long black thick hair i think braided, had wonderful customer service skills. Ive been in customer service for 7 years now. I asked her for lye. She didnt know what it was but still stopped what she was doing and walked me over to a destination where it might be. I didnt find the lye but I found other things that I did need for my project. Huge help, great work ethics, great place!

I like this location for crafts and ideas. The store has the right balance of items with some areas that have idea examples. The staff is friendly and helpful but not too intrusive. I shop for both gifts and craft/hobbies here. The location is set apart from the strip mall and cannot be easily seen from the mail road but if you travel down the road towards the stores then you can see it.

AC Moore is a large store, stuffed full. They have Everything arts and crafts! you name it, they have it. I feel like a kid in a candy store in there. The prices can seem a little high, but they always have such good sales and coupons that you can walk out with great deals. Especially watch for the coupons and having them on your smartphone makes checkout simple and fast. The staff is helpful and friendly here and note that there is a framing center in the back of the store.

Meh! Chuck the manager needs an attitude adjustment. I know its busy, Christmas and they are going out of business but he was extremely dismissive. I work in retail, if someone is nice and not aggressive try to match their tone.

I love shopping here and am a crazy crafter. The staff is friendly, the store is clean and the prices are reasonable. They have everything you need for baking, jewelry making, knitting, tshirt making, and fun kids friendly crafts. They also have a great paper and paint section. The only area lacking is for sewing, you can not get material here for sewing, just small quarters for if you quilt. They also have a framing section that is reasonably price and has friendly staff, plus theres always a coupon for A.C. Moore and if your a teacher (like me) you can get an additional 15% off your purchase if you show your school ID!

Excellent place to get craft items, birthday decoration items, place for people to get things to show their creative side. Lot of DIY stuff. Great place

If you love arts and crafts like i do this is the store for you. My kids and i come here and make awesome decorations in the house.

If youre planning a wedding or party of any kind, you need to at least go talk to Rukia, the florist at AC Moore. They will make the arrangements for you at no cost if you purchase materials through the store. The best part is that you get to pick the flowers and capitalize on any seasonal sales. TLDR: Rukia did a phenomenal job on our wedding flowers and we saved thousands!

Ever helpful staff, clean layout and great stock choices. As an Expressive Therapist, this is a store I frequent for supplies to use with clients.

I love crafting. This store is fine. A little crowded with stuff. Not a lot of employees around to offer help. However, when you do find an employee, they are friendly and helpful.

Its getting harder and harder to find stirred to walk into and buy yarn however you can here. Of course theres much more available at AC Moore but its why I primarily go. This store is crammed with lots a crafter might desire from dowels to scissors and everything in between! Better yet this store can be found in many other states so look for them when youre traveling and use your points or coupons, just saying!

Lots of crafts but the staff is not kind and there was a mouse running across the floor when I was here last. They were quick to push people out of the store but then most employees weren’t even helping on register. I’d rather go to another craft store.

I like AC Moore as a craft store that is near by but one of their associates who claimed to me a supervisor, could not help me under stand which cricut vinyl was on sale. If she was more knowledgeable I probably would have spent more money there.

Went in knew exactly what I wanted. Walking in no one greets you, they all just stare. Line was very long and they only had two cashiers.

Its a craft store that sells more than just crafts. Gildan tee shirts many colors all sizes. Colored tees r usually 3 for 10.00,white are 4 for 10.00. Nicoles is thier store brand. Many items very low prices. If your looking for quality art products go to Artist & Craftsman.

I tried to frame a poster and I was told it would take a week, it’s been more than a month a we still don’t have the poster. Very irresponsible. They don’t notify me of the process and just tell me it will be a longer time.

Walking into the store an employee had the entrance blocked with inventory and when she saw me coming she smiled and kept the entrance blocked. I had to literally squeeze by just to get into the store. No one on the floor was available to help me so I had to stand in line to ask someone away the register who only sent me to the wrong place for velcro. The cashier did make up the experience by using a coupon she had tucked away on my purchase.
