I love my Sleep Number bed, however recently something happened with the bed and I might need it repaired or something adjusted. You put the bed together so you can see all of the parts that make up the bed system, there arent that many. Art the manager at the Dedham, MA store was awesome willing to help me over the phone, I was shocked and I told him I was! It looks like I should be able to get this resolved or Ill definitely update my review!

Mason did a fantastic job helping us find a new smart bed. The folks here truly care about customer service and go above and beyond.

Dont buy the pillows the are terrible not comfortable at all.

This was a fun experience. My husband and I enjoyed going in and testing out the beds there. The sales associate with whom we dealt wasnt overly pushy toward us. However, we ultimately decided that the product wasnt right for us and went with a different mattress brand.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our shopping experience at Sleep Number in Dedham. Art was a gracious and patient salesperson and helped make us comfortable in our purchase decision; we never felt pressured to buy and he always gave us his full attention the entire time we were in the store (two visits, actually). Highly recommended.

Costumer service was excellent although i entered the store 2 minutes before closing i was greeted and giving a pleasant tour and experience as if it wasnt time to close. It was the best service and i have been looking for a bed in many stores

Tried the beds, particular the i8 & i10 with foot warmer... Wow! Hopefully in the near future Ill own one.

Spent allot of time choosing the right spare bed and got the 360 and everything that could go wrong went wrong..1st I cleft messages for my salesperson and never got call back.. They booked the delivery and no show... Next they called two days later I flew home to meet them and they decided to go to someone else home first.. Like I have nothing else to do and then they show up and almost smashed the wall mirror..Thank God I will never need to go there again..Never go call back from them after all the calls I gave them....Sad thing this is my second bed from themm and last.

Even though we bought our mattress at a different store the staff was tremendously helpful at troubleshooting.

Great service, great beds, very comfortable bought 3 of them and adult kids love their c4’s. I bought a P5 for myself.

The sales lady that was working with me was incredibly nice and kind. The manager is extremely pushy and trying to BS her way into a sale, but did not know her products at all!

Diana Berman was my sales person. She was very attentive the moment I walked in the store. She had informative answers for all of my questions. She really knows a lot about sleep number beds and accessories. I bought 2 mattresses to replace my old Temperpedic ones. I was so happy to find out I could do that. I bought new sheets for them & two new amazing pillows I learned about that are perfect for a side sleeper like me. There is a shoulder cutout. I was able to try the pillow on the bed I chose. Perfection. Then I was analyzed with the sleep IQIt was educational about my sleeping needs.Duana spent quality time making sure my experience at sleep number was personalized to my needs. She asked the right questions to find out what I was looking for in a sleep number bed. Bit pricey, sign says 50% off in the window but thats not true. Dont purchase the sheets there because you can find them online for much cheaper. Also, they say free shipping on your bed but actually charge you $200.
