I love the store as it has a lot of options. There is just one huuuuge problem, the mosquitoes. There were so many mosquitoes that my three daughters and myself got bit a few times while being there for 20 minutes.Please do something about it.

This place has great service and I love that Amazon now allows returns with no box, just by taking the item to the Amazon store and showing the qr code on your phone. Within seconds you receive an email that Amazon has received your return. Also with the disappearance of book stores, its nice to have a place where you can physically see the book and go through its pages. Of course its kind of ironic to think Amazon is partially to blame for the disappearance of book stores but at least they have great service. Also great if you need any Amazon basics cables or any Amazon product. Has a small selection of other things some on Amazon, but I wouldnt go to the store looking for those specific items. Just nice to have so you can browse through them.

The irony of this stores existence never fails to amuse me. First, the online book retailer Amazon puts brick-and-mortar stores out of business. Realizing that there arent any brick-and-mortar book stores left for people to casually browse in, Amazon opens their own and uses it as a showroom. Waiting for Amazon to close this store so the cycle can continue. Good place to browse books and Amazon products though.

I love that you can choose this location to return items bought on Amazon. Its very convenient.As for the store itself, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have to say that theres not much inside the store that Id rather buy inside of a store rather than on Amazon.com. Ive stopped by here a few times to get a look at gadgets before deciding whether I wanted to buy them, but they dont have many gadgets. The store is primarily a book store... I think? The most real estate is taken up by books. I dont know if thats what their greatest portion of sales comes from.I suppose I dont fully understand the intended function of the store. Nevertheless, its convenient and comfortable, so 5 stars!

Good book store, not as big than I thought. They are selling books that move quickly on Amazon.com, and other items such as echo dots. Each section ( for example fiction, cooking, history) has a limited selection. Worth the trip.

I love Amazon.com but the store is kind of a big so what. It had a few books, lots of Amazon gadgets and no book store warmth and personality. I guess there is nothing really wrong with it but there is nothing right either.

The manager, Nick, took such good care of me when I was attempting to return a gift - a book Id previously read. When attempting to do the return, the system indicated the gift receipt had expired (what?!). Nick then helped me contact Amazon directly to get the issue resolved. When I was still getting nowhere with the service agent on the phone, Nick took it into his own hands to allow me to exchange the book. He was very apologetic about the experience and went above and beyond to make it right. The world needs more Nicks out there - managers who understand the importance of excellent customer service!

Divorced from the parent e-commerce giant that probably pays for this store, there’s not much to this place. It’s too small for all that it tries to do.There are books, but not that many. The kids selection is pretty good, but a small fraction of something like Barnes and Noble. There are toys, but again, o lay a small number. And lots of (mainly Amazon) gadgets. It’s a bit of a novelty and fun to visit at first, but not somewhere you’d want to spend a lot of time.Married to its parent, however, the store makes more sense. Sometimes it’s nice to go pick something up. All the other bookstores are gone. There used to be a Borders across the parking lot from here and that’s gone. I think you can return some website stuff there, too. And it is nice to actually look at all the Amazon devices before buying them.

The new store layout does a very effective job of merchandising a wide variety of popular, high quality small appliances and childrens games as well as high tech accessories. It retains the wonderfully effective showcasing of highly rated books. A great place to go if you are looking for gifts that people like.

Have your item out of the bag with UPC label showing and have your QR code for the item open and you will be in and out of there in no time. Amazon has got it going on!

Really quick return. No hassle

So quick and easy, went to do a return. UPS no matter what amazon tells you, during these times they do not drop off labels. Learned that the hard way and found this to be much simpler, I didnt even have to pack the item, just had the qr code scanned took 2 mins, in and out.

Staff was really friendly and helpful plus great prices for prime members… wish it was bigger!

A very cool store that I didnt even know existed. The books are new, interesting, cutting edge, and very well organized..but they are just one piece of it. They also have Amazon products like echos and echo dots, fire TV, game controllers for your fire TV, and laptops. They have an area with couches so you can sit and read. Prime members get a discount in most items. Best part is you can use your Amazon credit card there. I will definitely be returning.

Modern take on the bookstore. Obviously Amazon makes it a point to carry everything, but here the books are well curated and they make a point to introduce you to the unusual, the delightful, and the curious. Now I go in here just to discover something new and cool!

I found a lot of the books that I was curious about and was able to actually check them before buying her. Also make the returns very convenient for me.

Whenever I walked in the door I feel relax and unwind. The service is impeccable and the people are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is so calm and serene you dont feel like leaving.

This store is very nice, it sells more than books. It can be overwhelming to search for a particular book. But the staff was helpful and I was excited because by being a Prime Member I was able to save money on a boom I purchased.

I love this bookstore. The way they have it laid out is nice. You see the covers instead of the spine, so if you know what you’re looking for it’s pretty easy to spot.This place is also a good way to discover new and interesting reads. Pretty much everything in Amazon Books are books (or even non book products) that are highly rated on their website and they quote actual reviews from the product page as well as show the rating.They do sell Amazon products like Echo.Prime members pay prime prices which is nice. If you aren’t a prime member you pay list price.Overall a nice little store!

I did not know this store was in Framingham. I was like a kid in a Candy Store...I love Amazon and enjoyed browsing the Store Personally. Unfortunately they sold out of the item that I wanted and they do not put in orders like online.

Incredible experience! I loved everything about this place and its people. I spent way too long combing the shelves and absorbing the store. Its awesome to be able to read the reviews of each book... and then scan for a price if you want it (you get the current Amazon Prime price if youre a member - AWESOME!). Then you can just pay through the Amazon app or pay at the register. I will def be back!

Its no surprise that Amazon is well-tuned in the art of getting us to buy whatever the hell they want. The bookshelves are optimized to have the most popular titles, the staff is friendly, but in such a way that makes you question how far away we are to android replicants taking over our lives. Its the perfect bookstore when you dont want to pay full price for something and are already part of the Amazon machine.

Very friendly helpful staff, nice set up with the way it flows from one section to the next. Glad they got rid of coffee bar. Much better use of space. They have a young adult section, a small graphic novel section, local best sellers, cooking and designing sections. Along with best sellers. Free wifi, places to sit and contemplate your purchase. They also have a wide range of Alexa and kindle products.

The great thing about Amazon books in its physical store is that it makes the checkout process so quick and easy by matching your physical data to the data that you have online if you are a prime member. Its like the experience of going to a physical store with the absolute convenience of shopping online.

Good, full featured book store. Was a fun experience, but they push the app-based shopping a little too hard, no prices on any books in the store.Staff werent knowledgeable on the differences in the Kindles (actually told me that the paper white weighed a pound more than the oasis, so thats why it was so different in price).Petes coffee in-store is done perfectly. I can see myself coming here to work, but not to shop.

What a great store! I loved seeing a review underneath each book. The books are displayed very well so as to bring them out - it made my experience more fun. There is a good variety but the selection isnt too robust; its very approachable. I will definitely be returning soon!

Great place to shop for books when you are out of books to read - this place sparks ideas for you. It also got tables and chairs if you want to read in the store. Took off one star because you actually still have to pay for shipping even if you are buying it in the store and is not an amazon prime member.

Really nice place to browse books and an assortment of different products. Its a bit like a cross between a Barnes and Noble, an Apple store, and the variety and randomness of actually using the Amazon app or website.There is actually a nice long table with chairs and power outlets I think. No food or drink sold there as far as I can tell.

For a small bookstore, this place has a lot. Their little cafe is cute and clean with great drinks. My best friend and I sat here for multiple hours and were surprised by how high quality the service was! Mind blowing experience... Its basically the web site come to life. Books are showcased and displayed based on customer ratings so the shelves have interesting combinations. Sections also include if you like x then you may like y very cool. Also no guilt whatsoever if you go Kindle instead of print.

They lure you in with the inconvenience of offline shopping, without the hassle of a wide selection. They dont bother you with any reduced pricing, either.

Interesting store. Whats great is that all items on display are highly rated on Amazon with 4.5 stars or higher. Whats not so great is you MUST use the Amazon app to scan the items to see any pricing. Its worth a visit just to check it out but nothing remarkable.

Amazing experience. The ambience is laid back, the store set up well thought out and easy to walk around in. Amenities of free coffee, computers, automated price checkers help greatly. Went with my daughter and we picked up over $130 worth of books. Since I was an Amazon Prime member we ended up getting a hefty discount ($40 off). This stay at home shopper will be returning here.

Had to return a duplicate item that I ordered by mistake. I had no printer for the return label but the clerk quickly scanned the email from Amazon on my phone and I was done in two minutes. Great store and super friendly staff.

Really loved it, good prices and lots of different books. Each has a little description / recommendation on it that helps you pick something new you may want! One thing to keep in mind- without a Prime membership the books are very pricey, and they do not accept cash at all.
