I can’t say enough great things about this store. All 3 women working here were friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help...on the phone when I called ahead with questions, in the store when I had them pulling items from the back for me to look at, *and* they saved me a ton of money with the store card promotions. In a time when everything is going virtual, I can say 100% that the ability to see what I was getting before I purchased and the experience with this amazing staff really closed the sale for me. Fabulous job ladies ❤️

High quality home goods, but at prices that are quite high. Buy here if you plan on NEVER replacing these items.

Really more for gifts than serious cooks. Help can be pushy or just flat out ignore you and gossip. No real product knowledge

It’s William Sonoma, you know what to expect. It’s expensive but they do have some higher end products there. I go when I don’t have time to shop around or wait for delivery. The staff here is excellent though.

Theres not much here that you cant buy somewhere else for less, but its nice having it all in one place.

We purchased a coffee maker which stopped working in less than 9 months. When I tried to return it, they mention they only accept it if I gad return it by 30 days. They were rude and kept unhelpful. The coffee maker I bought from Walmart lasted longer than this one. I am no surprised, it is William-Sonoma with its awful customer service.

Friendly service and everything in kitchen appliances you can possibly imagine. bottom waffle maker that was on sale but you were very happy about. although we are shopping much online its sometimes nice to go feel the quality of the different brands.

I would give zero stars if possible. If you’re looking to have your Christmas spirit ruined and be the recipient of terrible customer service, head to Williams Sonoma at Legacy Place in Dedham. Could not be more dissatisfied with a holiday shopping experience. And made even worse that my daughter was with me.

Very similar to the other Williams-Sonoma stores that Ive visited. Theres a pretty large selection of kitchen wares, table settings, plates, silverware, small appliances, food products and baking mixes, but the majority of the items are very expensive, even when they have a sale going on.

Pretty much the same as every Williams-Sonoma. The staff is really helpful and the quality of the products is really high, but everything is mind-bogglingly expensive.

You will find what you are looking for at a moderate price range.

I been to this store location 3 times. Without fail I wait in line for at least 10-15 minutes because they are so understaffed. Extremely poor management. Today there was one person working in the store on a weekend day.
