Amazing service, selection, and prices! Dont be fooled by the size of the place. I was worried that there wouldnt be a wide selection of frames, but there is a fantastic selection of expertly selected frames. Was also worried that the prices would be higher than places like Lens Crafters, but I paid less for a high quality frame than Ive ever paid at Lens Crafters. In fact, the prices were so reasonable, I bought a pair of sunglasses too. The owner knows more about eyeglasses than anyone Ive met in my 60+ years of wearing glasses and is an absolute genius at fitting frames! For the first time in years, I didnt need to go back and get my glasses readjusted. The owner will adjust your frames even if you didnt buy your glasses at his store, so go get your frames adjusted and check out the place! Its a bit hard to spot if youre driving by, but its right next to the movie theater in Dedham Square.

I cannot say enough good things about them. Great customer service, very knowledge and reasonable prices. My whole family of 4 got our prescription glasses there and will go back again and again. It was my sons first pair of glasses and we got to the store a half hour before closing. Lenny stayed open later just to finish the prescription for my son to ensure he did not go home empty-handed.

We get our glasses from Gopen Optical and we are extremely pleased with the service. Lenny is an amazing, kind, and knowledgable optician. I have never met any other optician that had his depth of understanding about optical issues. When we go there, we save time and get great glasses at a reasonable price, because Lenny has an extraordinary talent for picking out the most flattering frames. My daughters and I have tried on lots of pairs of glasses in his shop but always go with the ones he showed us in the first two minutes, sometimes in the first 30 seconds. If there was a way to give more than 5 stars, I would!

Im honestly shocked to see any negative feedback here at all. My family has been seeing their family for over 20 years and weve probably bought just as many pairs of eyewear. I cant say a bad thing about them. The customer service has always been among the best Ive ever seen and prices are WAY less than the 800-pound gorillas of the industry. They will have our business as long as were both walking the earth and when were not walking, well have someone roll us through the door. Thanks guys! Keep being awesome!

I have to drive 30+ minutes to get there, but it is well worth it. My optometrist (who works out of another popular, trendy eyeware retailer was checking out my glasses were genuinely very cool ( eventhough not purchased from her employer ). There are very few places Id recommend highly for anything, but this place is one of them. If you need to wear glasses and dont want to regret your purchase, this is where you should go.

I got a contact lens exam here from Polaznik who incorrectly told me I could order a years supply of contact lens and then order another years supply within the year that my prescription was good for. He lied. When I went to purchase another supply, he declined authorization despite his original advice. (I found out this info from the company I ordered from, not from his company.) To make matters worse, when I called to inquire, Leonard answered the phone and was needlessly defensive, absolving all responsibility and saying it was Polazniks policy. Im really disappointed with the customer service here. Moreover, the shop is dirty and disorganized and when I got my exam, the eye doctor was hacking and coughing all over the place. I was willing to overlook this simply to get my prescription, but after the poor customer service and vacillating policy, I have to give this place a poor review.
