Nice store - love the self checkouts!

I only gas up here as well as fill multiple 5 gallon gas cans. They have an excellent many pumps gas station at the lowest cost per gallon that can be found! I do my shopping at Costcos Avon store which is more convenient for me and my favorite place to food shop period.. (Avon Costco doesnt sell gas.)

The quality of the products here are excellent.Also, one gentleman working here helped me with online payment for mattress for me. He tried to help me troubleshoot the issues from the app, which was great. I feel sorry to forget his name. But I would pray he would be promoted soon.

Lots of popular snacks could find in this place, very organizes and always easy fast check out.

A lot more selections of goods, great value. Warehouse space is big, and very clean. Customers there were also nice and polite.Parking space per car is spacious that you do not have to worried about others ding on yours.

Went here today for the first time, and it was the worst Costco experience Ive ever had:- Had to bring my own cart out from the parking lot (none at store entrance)- My cart was stolen while I turned my back to look at something. I even had an employee help me look for it it, but it was gone. I had several items of childrens clothing in it, including the last of a particular pair of pants.- Many staple items were out of stock (could be due to supply chain issues so Ill give them a pass), like butter, canned chili, and protein shakes- VERY crowded, esp. for mid-day on a Tuesday. Could barely move my cart around.I just moved to the area and really hope one of the other Costcos is better. :(

Im a devoted Costco shopper now for many years! Why? Just visit and youll know why theyre the best wholesale club.

This is one the nicest costco I have been to in and around Boston. Much much better than the one in Waltham... They have gas station, air for tires, great wearhouse ... Only downside is this Costco is super crowded even in weekdays ... You have to stand in a pretty long line if you are visiting in evening...

First time at Costco and big differences between BJs and Costco. The salesperson was phenomenal and helpful. We purchase a TV and daybed. The suggestions were awesome. We purchased the TV and extended warranty. Thanks to the salesperson.

I love Costco. Great staff, quality products and you get way more value than buying the exact same thing elsewhere. Plus they have a very generous return policy.

Sorry, but I detest paying for the ability to spend my hard-earned cash all while being treated like cattle. Helpful sales staff was in very short supply, as was some stock. I made this trip to help out a friend, but after kindly asked her to bother someone else next time. Why do people put up with being treated like this?

Costco pizza is different from others, I would say it is more tasty and cheese. I like the piza taste here. They have good option of food varieties for dinner and lunch. Also we will have the place to sit and eat.

This Costco location is often crowded on the weekends, and the popularity is well deserved. I am trying to do my shopping there during the week as much as I can.

We are regulars at this Costco, the entire family of 4! Love that they added a second gigantic freezer and separated the items in them. We truly love the staff, they are always very helpful and super kind. No wonder a friend of mine works here for a long time. The items are always top despite the seasonal stuff going away fast. I highly recommend Costco as a wholesale store among friends and acquaintances!

Costco is solid. This place has gas station and its cheap!! Super unleaded is the cheapest around. Regular has been creeping up to almost $2. This costco will give you canned sodas with $1.50 hotdog. Hygienic!! I buy 3 every time!

Excellent customer service at the Tire Center!! Rolled up one Saturday AM without an appointment and they were able to order & change all four tires same day!

Stopped into the Dedham store with the hope of getting hearing aids. I did not make an appointment but it wasnt by my observation. I was told an appointment was mandatory. I did inform them it is 1.5 hours from my home to go there. I was in Dedham on business so I thought it was doable but no such chance. Its almost a $1,800 sale but Ill have to go elsewhere.

Pretty nice and i got out fast and it didn’t feel as prejudice as most cocos ive been to in mass i think ill go back again

Were here a lot of times! Many times its with the family, other times its one of us adults. The staff is amazing and no wonder because I know a friend that works here. Thumbs up for the items even though I wish some of the seasonal wouldnt go away. 🎉🎉

Great people, i delivered a truckload of paper towels there they were one of the best stores ive ever dealt with .. the recieving staff was unbelievably busy but 100% professional, polite,courteous, and unloaded me quickly .I would shop here too if the rest of the staff is 1/2is good as the recieving crew.

Best shopping experience in town. Clean, bright, open, with friendly staff who enjoy offering services for customers. This is the reason why I have been a regular customer for 20+ years. They even has selections not available at other stores. The cafe is small but prices are cheap and they do gradually improve their menu. Costco Travel can find you discount car rentals, too. The only down side is there can be too many shoppers who can ruin your parking/shopping/dinning experiences. Pick morning hours if you need to go there in weekends.

Lots of parking.No lines anywhere.I renewed my membership.Shopped for some fresh fruit.Perused the seasonal items and clothing.And even though I was there during lunch time, ( 12 -1pm) there were no crowds inside or outside.It was a great trip!

Very big Costco with a big parking lot. If you are coming from East side the Google map will boring you here with a little bit dificulte road at the end. In this Costco there is a gas station as well. Surely you can come here for gas. Price will be around 10c cheeper than in the other gas stations.Food court is located inside the building.

Costco Deadham, is in a great location close by 95/ 128 interstate highway and have gas stations, the store is a descent size and pricing is the same at most Costco however they have a bit more variety at their eyes ware department.

Place is always super busy! The lines to the registers are always long. When I say long I mean from one side of the store to the other. That’s a major issue. The employees are helpful they will walk you to the items ur looking for. I just can’t get past the lines. Especially when it’s that busy and they only have 3 registers open and that shipt and Instacart shoppers can’t use self checkout!

My wife and I like going to this Costco. Quick checkouts. Always someone to direct the customers to speed up the line at the cashiers. On a flip side, the prices for all the merchandises have climbed up really quick. Costco should slow down with the rises.

Very clean and safe place to shop at I wouldnt think twice about shopping there I felt very safe from the covid-19 virus 🦠 shopping there .The workers are none stop cleaning and disinfecting everything to make everybody feel safe and secure. Revisiting an old 5-star post from 2 years ago, keeping it at 5-stars! Gas, tires, added wine/liquor section, great selection and variety. It is getting more crowded, but it shows they are doing a good job.

Really good experience. Great layout. Stuff is stocked up.The customers tend to stop in the middle of the aisle and block everyone with their carriages, but you cant blame the store for that.Check out is always pretty quick, which is nice. I prefer this location to the Avon location.

Its a large Costco, so what can you say? They have lots of liquor and wine now. Check out moves pretty well. We visit this Costco every 6-8 weeks.

Costco is great, but this place is an absolute zoo on the weekends so highly recommend going during the week or right before they close.

I was at the photo shop today and Drake was very helpful and knew what he was doing that I got to get out in no time. I also want to take this opportunity to say a big THANKYOU to Sue. She spent a lot of time teaching me to order my photos through my Costco App. after February 14. All photo shops are close in Costco on February 14th. So sad!

I was at the photo dept on Friday, August 28, 2020 around 10:30am. Drake(?) not sure the correct spelling. He was nice, fast, able and friendly. He helped me with my technical problems and answered all my questions. Another young lady with the purple dyed hair was also very nice, friendly and efficient. They both never get upset with my enormous amount of photos. I have been to Dedham Costco since the photo dept. closed in Waltham Costco. One round trip for me is more than 50 miles and 2 round trip is more than 100 miles; not to mention the gasoline, money wasted, time and the environment. I just want to say THANK YOU to both of them for being kind to their customers.

Best quality merchandise around

I have been a customer of this Costco for more than 15 years, I have seen many staff members come and go over the years. A few long term employees are kind and nice but some new faces are just abrupt with that impatience in their tones.Shopping in such a large warehouse has that particular mental and physical fatigue of its own, a lot of walking, a lot of people, a lot of time, and almost always a long line. I wonder the vast of everything in there on daily basis gets to the employees too.

Waited 30 mins for a pizza, it wasn’t even busy, we saw people ordering after us receive their orders

Store is good, always stocked. Staff is helpful, but weekends are crowded with shoppers not caring about social distancing during COVID-19.

Costco Massachusetts has senior shopping hour before the general opening time. I find that is a great feature during the ongoing pandemic. I gas up every time I go shopping there because they are always much lower priced than the gas stations in the area.

Cartridges refill is a scam!After Costco refill I was able to print only 7 pages and carriage is empty of ink. Awful service from Costco! Neve ever.

Always a great place to shop. I consistently find unexpected bargains. Warning to fellow shoppers: allow for an impulse buy (or two). Just try not to stray too far from your planned reason for going there in the first place 😉

The Current Staff seems to be more interested in conversing with friends than helping customers they dont know. Asked a few people with Costco name tags for help and got ignored or they did not now where to find item, and did not go out of way to find out. Still a good store price-wise for many items, but disappointed overall.

This store is fine, except it’s always crowded. One time I was thinking to buy TV and the one I wanted was turned off at that time. My girlfriend asked an associate to turn it on, the sales clerk responded that the person who works in this department is on break, he will be back and will turn it on. Ok, fine we thought to ourselves. 30 minutes later TV still is off. So we had to find another associate who would help us. Another person showed us similar TV in the end of the aisle, just different size. But TV we wanted we couldn’t see 😧

Costco trips are always fun filled trips for the family given the amazing assortment of household to electronics to books to food items including nonperishables that are offered for purchase. Costco comes highly recommended for items where you need to stock up in bulk especially in the midst of this pandemic.

I sort of wish Google Maps would stop asking me to review multiple locations of chains that are quite consistent from one location to the next. What can I say... I like Costco a lot and theres nothing in particular wrong with this location.

My wife introduced me to this place about two months ago and I simply love it! The food is just like going to a restaurant. And a lot of the things you buy in bulk are amazing.
