Not a variety of organic vegetable options. I understand most people are stressed, but I have never encountered a friendly person that is there to assist in self check out. In addition my daughter was struggling to reach water from a top shelf and a person with the name tag Jimmy had a step stool in his hand and literally walked right pass her without asking if she needed help..

Great customer service. The store was organized and clean. The only thing there was pallets on the floor, but they were was always employee near them to make sure no one tripped over them.

Very unique grocery store, this is the only one with fresh squeeze orange juice that I know. If you look carefully, the meat section has some pretty good prices along with selection.

Great store only place I go shopping

This store has a great selection. But this manager named Marie was rude to me and gave me an attitude. I used to go there often and I noticed that Marie could be nicer to the workers especially the workers in the front. Its a nice store but a rude employee could really ruin things for someone.

This place was actually my 2nd job ever and its still as clean and well maintained as it was when I worked there at the age of 16. Two thumbs up definitely!!!!!

They have just about everything you need or want. The self checkout is very convienent! Also, the store seems clean always! The bakery is wonderful with fresh cakes, pies, cookies, breads are really fresh, cupcakes, etc. Great store!

Clean and safety precautions all being taken. People stay away at a respectable distant. I saw them cleaning carriages so that was comforting.

They are the best place for skim milk for me and they carry Hormel beef tips.

Selection on food is good. Employees are helpful. Can’t complain.

This is an older store. A little crowded and dark. But I still use this one for the BEST PRICES close to my home. Great sales every week.

Always in the way stocking. Why does it need to happen 1st thing in the morning. Can’t it be done before the store opens! Never enough cashiers. Help just ignores the blinking light for help.

This store wont accept beer cans, even though you bought em exactly in this store. I try to recycle everything I can, but this time I was literally forced to throw 60 cans (that I paid for) in the trash. Im sure this is a violation of MA law and should be reported. I hate Stop and Shop.

This is one of the better stop and shops near where I live. It has beer and wine which is a bonus. I have a hard time finding a wide select of organic produce and air chilled meats.

Very good grocery store. Lower prices than many others. Recently remodeled interior. Most house brands have the quality of national brands. Exceptionally wide produce selection. Great self-checkout system, uses individual scanners so you dont have to let anyone else touch your groceries. Easier and faster to get out of the store when youre done.

I have noticed every time I go to shop the scanners are not charged. I like scanning my own food for convenience, fast. Is most of time.

Has always been a staple of Dedham never had a problem in all the years Ive been shopping at the stop & shop friendly staff easy to find items as well as a very large parking lot with other stores and services located nearby. Stop & shop gas station is probably my favorite because you get points on your gas and save money located at the end of the endless parking lot

The few times I have been to this particular Stop & Shop, they always have their shelves stocked up! Meats, produce etc, always stocked up compared to many others I have been to, ( I would preferably not name, even tho I should), it’s always clean too! Best one I have been to so far! Big store. Large selection of just about everything! Lines for checkout with a cashier were long but the lines for self checkout were short.

This S&S always has something to buy. Its clean and well organized. They also have smoked turkey legs and wings.

I love the people who work here, especially the longtime employees; so respectful and helpful . Very special employees .

Great for weekly items; not crowded first thing in the morning. They didnt have a frozen food item that I was looking for but this is always a great option for fresh fruit.

The Dedham Stop and Shop is our preferred grocery store. While there are multiple Stop and Shops closer to our home, in Boston, this store provides us with the best overall shopping experience.The combination of variety, abundance of items, and presence of technology (such as self scanning through the Stop and Shop app) make it worth the extra time to drive.We have always found the staff to be helpful & attentive and the store to be generally clean and well maintained, especially during the pandemic.

Amazing fruit and vegetable section. I moved to Dedham about a year ago and this is my go to for these items. If you do Asian or Indian cooking excellent selection of canned items too. And as a bonus I can buy my Dedham overflow garbage bags here, I think they are the only ones selling them now.

A little pricey amid covid-19. Also needs to practice more CDC gudelines on cleanliness.

My favorite stop and shop 🤗 although I must say their bathrooms need work. But that aside, they have a great selection of grocery items and they have liquor. I LOVE using the little scanner when I am grocery shopping because it checks prices, shows the coupons you have available and if your forgot to add them to your card you can always add them from the scanner.

Inside at Dunkin is a good price for coffee ! Also this Dunkin is the best, they are making the most delicious coffee !

Produce Dept. Great. The produce is as fresh as you can get. The staff is so helpful.

Sold past due date items. Frozen vegetables look like the were defrosted and frozen again. Not going back.

If I could give this no stars I would. Went to thedeli & ordered a pound of Boar’s Head turkeybreast. I told the counter person, not too thinplease. He had to get a new breast so he cutFrom BOTH ends & it was so thin, it broke inpieces. Please train your employees to havecourtesy to your customers. At $10.00 apound, this was a total disgrace!! It wasa terrible turkey breast & I don’t think Boar’sHead would appreciate hearing this!!

Nice neighborhood store, got water, gatorade and ice. Bafs of ice came only in 20 lbs, 10 lbs would be a good option to offer.

This store is not ensuring customer safety. I visited on August 30 and the self check out was packed with rushed customers not social distancing due to registers that were 3 feet apart from each other. The aisles were also crowded. The store seems more concerned with selling liquor than ensuring public safety.

They are well stocked, except for items on specials.. if its on special, you wont see it in the store during the week. It will magically be fully and always in stock when not on special.

Literary live across from Roche brother, but. Stop & shop is a great place to shop. You find everything and prices are reasonable. Been going there for years and i highly recommend.

Deli workers dont know what thin sliced is you them 5times thin and you get thick cut deli meats

Love shopping there but I wish they didnt charge 10 cents for bags 10cents per a bag.What exactly do we save for?? Just to spend it to buy bags.

Store is fine but make sure you check the sell by dates on everything. On more than one occasion I have found (and accidentally bought) food past their sell by dates. Even got a product (was a condiment) and discovered not only was it past sell by date but it was opened... they gave a refund and were apologetic but they aren’t good about getting rid of old products. Just read the dates.

I come here a few times a week and they usually have what I’m looking for.I came one day and my son wanted to look at the lobsters in the tank. We saw 2 lobsters eating a dead lobster. Grossed us out. We told the clerk and he quickly removed it.

I never have a complaint about this site in Dedham. It is always clean and the morning worker or staff are always friendly. And the shelfs are stock.

This place is outrageous to store is in shambles there are metal huge metal shelves in front of every aisle you cant get anything the manager he actually would not sanitized after 20 people went through because he didnt have enough help that night if it was me I would make the customer weight and sanitize to stop the spread of COVID Im actually calling the Board of Health on him

I spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars here. Why do I always have to wait in such long lines to check out just to have to bag all my groceries myself??? Last time I checked there are several people out there who could use employment but Stop and Shop has decided to make us do it ourselves so they can make more money and save on labor. Im very close to a complete boycott of this company. Change my mind Stop and Shop...

This location is always fully stocked. Produce is fabulous and the lines move fast. They also have a nice vegan and gluten free section, and salad bar.

Store tends to be crowded and aisles can be narrow. Good produce, good deli, and good variety of food. We dont like the robot though!
