Finally doing a review, been a minimum of 3yrs of amazing service.

I recently moved into a home that uses oil heat, and had zero experience with ordering home heating oil and all that it entails. I reached out to a couple of different local companies that were recommended to me, and Lapuma was the first to respond. They were very helpful in answering my questions. Some places didnt get back to me at all!I also really appreciate the online account functionality; its very clear-cut. I was given a price for a full tank top-off, which is nice if you dont know exactly what quantity to order. They ran my card for the full amount, and then credited back the difference after delivery. It was very clearly stated that this is what would happen when I ordered this service. You can also order by the exact gallon if you prefer. I was given a delivery window, and my order arrived a day before the date noted on the quote.Id recommend this company if you dont need a contract or extensive maintenance/repairs. I rent so this is perfect for me.
