I was renovating 2 bathrooms while traveling out of the country and I purchased 3 light fixtures from this store. I told the sales person that I needed the products in 2 weeks so my contractor could finish my project before I arrived from my trip. The sales person told me that it was enough time and they would contact my contractor as soon as the product arrived. The sales person never contacted my contractor. My contractor called the store multiple times and even went to the store to find out the status of the order. The staff in the store was unable to tell my contractor anything about why my product was taking so long to arrive. I arrived from my trip 4 weeks later and my contractor was still unable to get the product. The bathroom was completed however without the light fixtures. I called and spoke with a sales person and explained my disappointment and ask to speak with a manager. Unfortunately the manager was not working that day. I told the sales person to tell the manager to call me first thing the next morning. By 1pm the next day, I had not received a call from anyone so I decided to contact them. I called and ask for the manager and the sales person told me that the manager was in a meeting. I left a message for the manager. 1 hour later I called and I was told the manager was busy in a meeting. By the point I was extremely upset. Later in the day the manager decided to return my call. She apologized and said it would take an additional week to get the product. Unacceptable service... do not use this store if you need things done quickly!

I love the store everything is so beautiful and the staff is super nice. Nice big area. The staff is very helpful especially Adam!

BEWARE 25% restocking fee if you decide its not what you wanted!!!! Was NOT told this when I made my purchase. Now have to decide if I keep something I dont really love or loose $100 to restocking fee. Not happy.

We are remodeling and my wife was shopping for new fixtures and we stopped over there before they closing and got great fixtures and great deals
