A gem of a shop for lingerie, quality lines at reduced prices. They may be end of line or sometimes last season colours. But always excellent quality and the choices are huge. Staff are lovely, always helpful without pressure. Highly recommended.

Sexism alive and kicking at wacoal !!! Visited here with my partner, shop is limited to 8 customers currently which is fair enough. I was however pretty unimpressed at being asked to leave the shop to make way for another female to come in having had to wait 20 minutes to get in anyway. Other (female) shoppers who were just accompanying friends etc were not asked.

Great factory shop, with fitting service to make sure get the right sized bra or swimwear. Much reduced prices from what you would pay for Fantasie Freya & Elomi in the shops.

After really struggling with bra sizes and a changing body after a baby, I was close to tears last night after ordering yet more bras which were too big, a poor fit, too small etc etcThis morning I had the pleasure of visiting the Wacoal Factory Shop. Social distancing guidelines were followed from the start when I was politely asked to wait outside as the shop was full. It wasnt long before I was in and another lovely staff member asked if she could help. I basically said help me please!! and she asked me a few questions, could immediately tell I was in the wrong size bra and bought in a few different bras for me to try.The staff members made me feel very comfortable, they were clearly very knowledgeable and I walked out a short while later with 3 new bras and a smile.I dont think Ill ever go anywhere else again for my bras.Thank you so much 😊

My absolute favourite lingerie shop ever. The ladies are so nice and helpful. Im trans and theres no awkwardness at all.The changing rooms are a good size and youre not rushed even though it had gone closing time, I was encouraged to try on more items..Ive been going here for a number of years and will continue hopefully for many more years to come.Great quality, style and choice and amazing prices.

Visited the shop on Saturday. The ladies are absolutely amazing! So helpful and patient with me since I did not even know my bra size! Fantastic service and good prices! Would definitely recommend if you are looking for quality, comfortable bras. Only thing is if you are looking for some nice nightwear as well not a huge variety, at least not if you are a size small like myself. Only had 2 colours (ivory and red).

Best bra fitting service l have ever found. Good selection. As with any factory shop visit sometimes there is a real bargain in your size and is worth revisiting another time. I have been to this shop many times and always been very happy. The staff are always kind and helpful. Great swimwear bargains too.

I visited the shop with my pregnant poorly daughter who was told they had no toilets for her to use.They must have been demolished because she used them them last time we visited!Because of this she left and sat in the car and due to the “no exchange” policy I was unable to Purchase her any items as a treat to hopefully make her feel better.

I Attended the Factory shop on Monday with my son who was looking for a Swimming costume for his partner., unfortunately they had nothing in her size. However I wanted to get more underwear as I get the best fitting bras ever from here!We were assisted by the South African sounding Lady ( sorry I didnt get your name) who was in training but was the most helpful person Ive come across at Wacoal, nothing was too much trouble for her and she went over and beyond to find, advise and fit. Thank you. Prices are pretty amazing especially during the Sale time. My son also managed to find some nice underwear for his partner to at.I have used Walcoal for underwear for many years now and will continue to do so, highly recommend especially if your looking for those larger sizes.

A revamp has given a smarter lighter look but still the same backroom changing facilities. Staff when I visited seemed focused on stock and one or two customers. I sorted my own Bras again size very limited for 34G. Found one that fitted ok bought three pairs briefs in L but oh dear so small needed XL wasted my money.

I really like this shop, this is my favourite place to get new bras. They used to do fittings but they dont anymore, which is a shame because the ladies were so helpful in finding the right fit. However this shop is still great and the best place around for finding a good bra.

I love this shopping experience even though the shop is small, its always busy and I have a struggle to park........!Living abroad, I usually only get the opportunity to visit twice a year for a re-measure (and they really know what they are doing) and to purchase a few sets of underwear and of course, sized swimwear.The staff are always helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble when it comes to looking for corresponding sets, by the time it comes to pay I often tell them I dont want to know how much I have spent but they always tell me how much I have saved on the full retail price and its always a similar value to the purchase price here. I dont buy underwear anywhere else............why would I need to.Thank you all at the Eveden Factory Shop, you are delightful!

I have brought underwear from the Evedon Factory Shop for quite a number of years now, and have always come away feeling that the staff have been attentive and sensitive to your needs and took pride in the service they provided, making it a positive experience. On previous visits nothing has been too much trouble for the staff and I have recommended it to many friends. However the visit today was a totally different experience, one I feel that I will not be repeating. I felt that the staff were just there to be paid, clearly not enjoying their work and of no use at all with the fitting, so much so that my daughter was going backwards and forwards finding different sizes for me to try ! They did not offer their services and when asked for help, they did, but sadly I felt it to be a chore, clearly wanting to get back to their personal chats amongst themselves.

Ladies were very helpful with fitting etc. Amazing savings on excellent quality items, swimsuits, bikinis and bras. Pity there was so little in my size. Otherwise 5 out of 5

Have been visiting the factory shop for over a decade at least twice a year and have introduced at least 20 new customers over time, most have also become loyal customers. One of the delights being the reliable measuring service and knowing that all bra purchases would be comfortable, supportive and a pleasure to wear., and by donating to Breast cancer we were helping other women, VERY IMPORTANT.. I must extend my views on this.Two weeks ago l brought a friend from Spain to your outlet, for years she has admired my lovely well fitting bras, a service she is unable to get in her area, being excited about purchasing a large selection which she had saved for, not only bras, but swimwear too, my first request to your usually very friendly staff was could you please help with measuring and advice. Reply we dont measure now, get your nearest size and we will check them my response my friend is spainish not familiar with English sizes, needs help please. Assistants reply so sorry we are not even allowed a measuring tape now as different makes vary.Hang on even large department stores with multiple suppliers give s fitting service, ladies who buy good underwear know this and are prepared to try, myself l usually purchase three sets twice a year, different colours, styles and maker, multiply that by my 20+ friends, also regular customers thats a good return for you.Also we travel nearly an hour to your outlet, a girls day out, save, spend and enjoyed, even more in the past at the sale.Not a penny was spent on our last visit, so very disappointed, even though prices were higher, still value, but without the previous friendly measuring service, no point in coming.Why do ladies need to be measured each time?First braHad childrenGained or lost weightGot older, need more support and comfortMost important, like to feel good in lovely underwearPlease read, will miss our visits.
