Excellent customer service! Ordered my gun on Friday night and Gary called me the next day to confirm my order and let me know when to expect the gun to be ready for pickup. Went to Garza Firearms website and saw that they had good prices on a gun and accessories I was pricing, and even better I applied for Military Credit Services (MCS) through the website and was approved. It was a fast and easy process, stating that the minimum FICO approval score was 600.I used the available credit and purchased a rifle and an upper receiver and accessories and Gary was very professional and straightforward about the credit approval process, explained how MCS works, which you are not issued a credit card but are invoiced by Gary Firearms and this invoice is submitted for approval to MCS and then Gary quickly ships the items out to you. The best thing about MCS is that my account is a revolving credit account which I can use over and over again as I am paying off my existing balance.Some of the items I purchased had very limited quantities and Gary was very expeditious in making sure that he got the invoice to MCS, so that I could secure, via purchase, the items right away. Believe me, these items sold out within a day, but Gary did not let me down. I am excited to be doing business with Garza Firearms, and cannot say enough about the whole process dealing with Gary. First and foremost, Ive learned from personal experience that Garza Firearms is an exceptional business that offers fantastic and personalized customer service, the best prices around, and most importantly has quality products. After looking around for a product that I couldnt find anywhere else at the time, I searched online and found the Garza Firearms website. Since Garza had similar products to what I was looking for, I figured I would contact them to see if they could get me exactly what I wanted. I emailed them and got a near immediate response outside of their normal business hours with the info that I had asked for (talk about fantastic dedication to their work, and I took it as a good sign). I worked with Gary and I was extremely pleased that he was able to obtain the exact product that I was looking for! Gary even offered the product to me for a LOW price that NO ONE had been selling it for when they previously had it in stock. I was a little worried at first about buying online and from out of state, but I saw the 5-star Google reviews for this shop and decided to try it out (a decision that Im very happy I made). I was even more happy when I saw that Garza Firearms offered financing on its products which would help me out quite a bit instead of throwing down all of the money at once, so I applied and got approved.
