They give a very good service in an industry that has such a broad range of equipment to support that its a wonder they are able to cobb together enough spares to service what they do. The expense of stocking such a wide range of spare parts, almost ALL of which are NOT troubleshoot able to the component level to repair, is awful. The longer they have notice of specific equipment to repair, the better prepared they can be when a ship arrives. I admire their strengths and the work they do to correct their weaknesses (again, mostly parts).
