Bike set out in the rain for 11 days behind a fence with the key in the ignition. I called and they said the bike was done, i went up there and it had not been touched by human hands. I asked for my bike to moved out of the rain and that never happened either. When i went to get my bike back they had no idea if it was worked on or not and it had not even been moved. Go to iron Mikes if you want real service with jam up people.

Super happy with the results of my 2001 Sportster 1200 Custom. Brought it to Nitro Cycles after researching several places before I decided to bring it to them. Chopped front/back fender, changed all turn signals, head/tail light and two mirrors.The only down side was that it took much longer than expected but after seeing the final end product it was worth the wait. Donny, was very knowledgable and explained to me several details that needed extra attention/time. Richard(owner) and the staff always polite on the phone and in person. Ok. Nitro cycles was terrible, I would not recommend any one use that shop for Insurance. The only person who does the insurance claims is the owner nitro. My bike sat for 8 days. The owner never showed up to look at my bike. And every time I called to get an update, 3 different people answered the phone and had no clue what bike I was talking about. Long story short, geico was trying to get a hold of nitro to take my bike to republic and they kept hanging up on geico. I got my bike back, it was never looked at and they charged my Insurance $264 in storage fees. WHAT A RIPOFF and very unperfessional

Generally one of the nicest shops Ive been to. Good people thatll take care of you the right the first time, and better care of your bike. Even if your bike is an finicky temperamental Intruder. Give them a shot first over the dealership you wont be disappointed.

Worst bike shop even unless you are a club member other then that look out run to cowboy harley take better care of you

I have had a number of different bikes in the shop for various work from being flooded to not running well and complete rebuilds. Never once experienced an issue. Superior knowledge and professional craftsmanship. My 2010 street glide can now pass for low flying aircraft, I love it.

Knowledgeable about anything asked, and if he doesnt know he will find the answer.Catfish is my mechanic and he is on top of it when asked about something. If he says he can do it, consider it done. If something doesnt seem right, he will get it straightened out without question or fail.

Nitro spent 3 hrs trying to locate the source of a squeak on my rear tire, even tearing it down & reassembling. Told me they couldn’t find it so they only billed me $50. But the noise is gone! These guys are great! Been going to them the last 2 yrs & I can tell you they beat any competition, including dealerships. Thanks, Nitro!

Awesome shop! After wrecking our 2017 roadglide and getting the run around from Harley Nitro made sure we had our estimate and dealt with our insurance company for us as well as went and trailered our bike to his shop without costing us anything out of pocket for towing. He has saved us 7-9 weeks on turn around time too! If you want respect, honesty and good work go here! They are Harley Davidson certified and much better pricing than Harley! Even tires are way less!!

I’ve had my bike in a couple shops trying to figure out an issue from a cold start. Nitro and crew had it in the shop to replace tires and noticed the issues trouble shot the issue call me with a solution and had it fixed the same day. On top of picking my bike up at the house for me since tire was unseated. Can’t thank these guys enough great customer service and friendly staff. Awesome shop! A good honest shop. And you know those are hard to find! They can do just about anything to your bike. Genuine parts or after market, they can get them all.

My first impression of the business was these are just some good ole boys who are honest and hard working. I was more than happy to leave my bike with them. At that time they said it was most likely a minor battery issue and it shouldnt take more than 2 to 3 days to resolve depending on what parts were needed. I called the shop two days later and every day after that for the next week just to get a diagnosis. Every single time regardless of who it was I spoke with they told me they would get with the mechanics and call me back that afternoon. I never in all of those days received a call back. A week and a half and $328 later, I got my bike and was excited to be back on the road, only to break down 1 mile from the nitro cycles shop. The bike was idling so high I almost wrecked in traffic within that 1st mile. How could you let a customer leave with that kind of issue. Not only is that terrible business, but riding the bike in that condition was very dangerous. I killed the bike a mile down the road and the first thing I do is call Nitro cycles and let them know what the situation is. They are very nice and apologetic on the phone as always and make promises that they will be right there, but I end up waiting on them for 45 minutes. Come to find out they knew it was idling high like that and they also knew the ignition switch was out, they just failed to inform me of either of those things. In fact they went around and got my bike when I first got to the shop and drove it around to the front and left it running so that I wouldnt notice the ignition switch was out. After all this I am still being calm and patient and we take the bike back to the shop and I asked them to check and see if they have the ignition switch in stock or if theyll have to order it. Other customers started coming in and they completely ignored me for an hour and a half while I sat there and waited on my wife to come pick me up. I ask the owner about the switch three different times while sitting there waiting. Obviously whatever issues they had going on at that time were far more important than me, my safety, or my bike.

Nitro and his staff are very knowledgeable and skilled at working on Harleys as well as all other makes. All the work - mechanical or electrical is completed expertly, timely, and at a reasonable rate. Recently, Mike upgraded the sound system on my 15 Road Glide and his upgrades proved to perform well above expectations. The two speaker (Hertz Pro speakers and Stinger 600w amp) performance beats most four speaker systems Ive heard. Mikes expert tuning completed the installation - even at full volume there is ZERO music distortion! Point your way to Nitros FB page for a video of the sound system upgrade. If you need to get your skoot wrenched on, system/performance upgrades, lighting installed, or troubleshooting some concerns - there is no place better to place your trust than Nitros skilled staff.
