You think a company like this would accept after hours calls. This is a matter of life or death in some cases.Called today and honestly was shocked a live person answered the phone.My mother explained that the generator was making a weird noice. She was told this is normal and sometimes the generator resets itself. I might add she depends on the generator to breath. The generator alarms and we need to shut it off put it back on and live through the strange noice again. Waiting for the machine to alarm once again.They open at 9am And no we need to sit and wait for the phone to ring. I’ve been dealing with this company for 3 or 4 years. I honestly cannot give more than a 1 star rating.

If I could give this place -10 stars I would! This is a very unprofessional company. They must be a little hole in the wall. They do not answer their phones, ever! You must leave a message and then wait for a callback. Nine times out of 10, you will never received a call back! My 84-year-old mother, end-of-life on oxygen, has not been able to get them out to help her with her equipment since she’s contracted with them. Now she has a portable unit that is not working. When you order supplies like the tubing, they send less than half of what you need. When you have an appointment for them to come out, they do not show up, and do not call! I am going to file a complaint at the Better Business Bureau and A consumer complaint with New York State. I recommend everyone having issues with his company do the same. If they are on yelp, I will file a complaint there as well.

Completely unprofessional and incompetent. Their billing department consists of a girl named Samantha. She is rude, she outright lied to cover herself, and then hung up on me when I called her out on her lie.I do want to say that the office manager by the name of Anna was helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. But it took 8 back to back calls in order to get past the staff that insisted there was no supervisors or managers in the building.

This place should be shut down! My dad could not breathe at all and we called and left messages for someone at the company to return our call as we thought there were issues with his oxygen tank! He wound up in the hospital and paramedics said the air was not coming out. Better Business Bureau here I come! You should be ashamed of yourselves, people’s lives are in your hands and you just ignore messages and never return our calls.

Dishonest. Sent my father an oxygen machine to replace one that was malfunctioning. They did so quickly. However, that night the machine was opened, no directions. When turned on got very hot and a repair indicator light came on. Next morning, noticed packing slip for another person in box and routing to the same person on the box my father received. You connect the dots.

This company should be fined for Medicare fraud. They take peoples Medicare info and then leave them without oxygen. When called, they are rude and lie to cover their errors and lack of professionalism. Nevermind professionalism, they lack human decency. Oxygen is a necessity for life. This company is putting peoples lives in danger. This is criminal!

I would give them zero stars if I could. They are the rudest company I have ever dealt with. They left an 88 year old home bound man without oxygen because of an issue with his doctors office. His doctors office sent appropriate paperwork and they denied receiving it. Would not return calls and has total disregard for patients. When another doctor contacted them they agreed to service the broken Machine and canceled the next day. Told the family to go elsewhere Medicare will be notified of their shady practices.

You call this company and no one ever, ever answers the phone. You leave messages and they take their time calling you back. They sent me a letter threating to take my husbands oxygen back and sending my bill to collections. The bill they say is from 15 months ago. I have never been contacted about it before. When I called the insurance company they showed it payed and even gave me the check number. As I write this I am still waiting for someone to call me back, since the last person I spoke to hung up on me because I was upset about their letter. Now I just want them to pick up the equipment. I will get a different company. This company is totally incompetent.

I would never recommend you to anybody in the world. You set my mother up with oxygen this last Friday and totally forgot about her. We tried for 3 days to get in touch with you on how to replace the tank if they had run out of oxygen. The phone number that you gave us was suppose to be a call back immediately phone number. It so happened to be this last Friday. By Sunday night with no response from you my mothers tanks ran out and she had to be rushed to the hospital. SHE ALMOST DIED. Then when we did get in touch with you, you couldntcare less and hung up on us. For that I hope this gets other people to leave you and get another company that does care about their patients and answer the phones on weekends or call back immediately. I am so upset with this company I have never been treated so rudely in my life by anyone and then I get this very rude excuse for a human bring named John so he says thats his name and wouldnt give me his last name just this week. We went with another company because of him 😞😠😡

Keep Calling leaving messages for the last week and they do not call back.

This company always takes care of my concerns and needs for my family. Great customer service.
