We purchased and had 4 seat covers installed in our X. We are very disappointed that after 1day’s use the seat covers slid out of alignment. The fabric does not cover enough of the seat to stay tucked in and in place. The edge around the side waffles in appearance.Unfortunately, one of the first items you notice as you get into our car now is that Black thread was used on the gray seat covers, so all the top stitching looks tacky around the opening for the seat belts, etc.I found the website and customer service to be difficult. I can not recommend this company and it was expensive
I had a very poor experience with EVANNEX seat covers. The seat covers require professional installation (read the fine print). However, good luck trying to find someone to install the seat covers. A local car interior shop tried and failed to install the seat covers. I then called several Tesla-approved repair companies and none were able/willing to install the seat covers. The return policy is a hassle and EVANNEX takes a 20% discount for returns. In my opinion, this is a not a serious company. They do not maintain an approved installer list and they do not even manufacture their own products. I would look elsewhere.
Great products! Ive used quite a few of their products on my Tesla and all have met or exceeded my expectations. Photos of the products were accurately depicted on the website and arrived in great shape! 10/10 would recommend
Do not buy - they take your money, charge your delivery and send you nothing.In ordered items on 24 May.I was charged $$ delivery.I waited and after 6 weeks dhl contacted me to pay tax. I paid it. Nothing arrived for a further three weeks. I contacted these clowns, without speaking they refunded me part of the purchase and delivery costs I paid - claiming I had refused to pay dhl. When I sent them the receipt proving I had paid- they did nothing.Appalling company- DO NOT USE.
Save your money and buy elsewhere. Evannex is far overpriced over its competition and their return policy is bad. I purchased an over priced windshield sun cover. Evannex website does not disclose the manufacturer. When I received it, I checked the manufacturers website and they were selling it for nearly half the price of Evannex. I asked to return it and they want a 10% restocking fee, which they do disclose, but also you have to pay to ship it back. First time and last time I purchase from Evannex.

Really appreciate the info and products for my Wife’s S. I ordered her a sunshade and trunk organizer for her birthday 3 months ago. The sunshade is very sturdy and fits exactly. The trunk organizer is a great idea and fits exactly but the stitching has already started to come apart at the seams after only two very light uses. I have sent this info to our friends at Evannex today and hope for a resolution soon. Will keep you posted. Dr Bob RolandUpdate:Refunded 1/2 the price. I thought a company with such products would offer better customer service. After purchasing multiple items from Evannex, (floor mats, center console holder, seat covers, caliper covers, rim bands, etc) here is what happened. I have a model S, I live in South Florida. The sun beats down on the rim bands and eventually melts the glue off of them. I had one come flying off while driving on I95 the other day. I heard the whipping of the band prior to it flying off the rim, thankfully none of the paint on my car was damaged. I get it, things like this happen; however, the customer service at Evannex was disappointing. I sent them details of what happened, my name, pics of the rim, and a valid explanation of what happened. Rather than taking accountability and offering SOMETHING to make it right, they sent me a link to buy a new set of rim bands! When you sell premium products for premium cars at premium prices, you should offer premium customer service and stand behind a faulty product. Dont just take my word for it, google it, or simply read the other reviews on here! SAME EXACT PROBLEM!! I likely wont be going back to Evannex after this experience.update: 6 22 19: after much back and forth with customer care via email, they sent me a link and i was able to order a single replacement band at a reduced price compared to an entire set. Problem solved for now, overall an ok experience. Revised star rating.
As a long-time Tesla owner, Ive been extremely satisfied with the products and customer service of EVAnnex. Highly recommended.
I bought a brand new Model x. I bought their red rim protector. I followed all procedure. I am good mechanically with my hands. I cleaned it with alcohol, etc. After 2 weeks 2 of the rim protector came off. The glue was not strong enough. I called but they can not even give me a discount. I lost 2 of them. I also bought the glossy door base stick on tape. I did carefully looked at youtube, but this thing was extremely hard to apply without having air bubbles. I then again asked Evannex, they said they cannot get me any discount, but referred me to to somebody who can apply it, but they asked me for $100 just to apply it. I boiught the same thing from Amazon for $25 as against Evannex over $120. I used a strong glue and it is impossible that thing to come off and it is most beautiful.Both items did not meet the law of Merchantability. It is bad that it looks like they are doing good.
I like the thought of a picture of the EVANNEX, as the best thing goin!!
The console is nice. Wouldnt reccommend paying the extra $137 USD for the second cup holder, incredibly cheap and cheap-looking.
