That’s the more Stenger store that I visited the manager refused to selling a set of JL speakers because he said that someone else call for it and he was waiting for more than 3 weeks and manager still waiting for that buyer He did that because that’s not his business.

Wen in for epoxy thinking I knew what to get for my project and I really didnt. They schooled me on what epoxy I really needed and pointed me in the right direction looking up some places locally to get me started. Excellent experience.

I love this particular West Marine! -- and I dont care that the one in Pompano Beach is just down Federal and bigger. The people at this particular store are always very helpful. They always have what I need. Never a problem price matching. This store is a clear example that you dont have to be bigger to be better! A+

I had a problem with a 4 defective penn battle fishing rods that the guides expanded and popped in sunlight! The first 2 i didnt know how it happened until I bought second combos that i saw it happening. I brought it to the attention of the store employee and had a great answer and told me Ill receive a call in a few days to let me know where I could exchange them under warranty! I spoke to the Manager about a week later when I had no response and went through entire story again and She took my information like her employee and told me She will contact me in a few days with a solution! Its been a week now since I spoke to management and still nothing. I spend a lot of money every year in this Deerfield Beach West Marine location and needless to say Management has lost my business! Other places to go with cheaper prices and will back up the products they sell its sad because its a great place and your treated great when you walk in! They need to have someone who knows the correct procedure when things like this happen and just follow up not just hang up! Hope you change!Unhappy Ex Customer!

Im sorry but I walked in to buy rivets and they were $0.59 each went to Ace hardware store purchase the same rivets 50 for $8.50 same grade aluminum. You need to get realistic with your prices, it would have cost me almost $30 to buy 50 of them.
