10+ years I have shopped here. Its not an updated store and it doesnt have to be. Id rather shop here than the Walmarts in either direction. I know the employees faces and names and they take great care of us. The cashiers are quick, with hardly ever long lines like aforementioned stores. I teach my special needs son to shop in this store. This is our store and we will continue to shop here.

When I did my own shopping years ago they had everything. Since I use Shipt they are out of most items I order. The most important ones I need. WHY!! It is so frustrating. Publix quart milk. Most entenmens.Frozen meals. I get so frustrated. They dont know how to stock well.

Publix is really a unique company. Their philosophy of being the best reflects through their employees. They believe and you see it. Today a gentleman named Wilner was so helpful it made me want to write this. I am happy to live in Florida its even better because of Publix.

In between this Publix & the one on Military are so close to my house & they have a great layout of foods. Meat department has very high quality meat, produce & everything else you need.Plus they carry all Boars Head cold cuts! Both have great employees & Managers that help you out in anyway! Quick in & out grocery stores. They both know me because Im a regular in both places !

Im sure this Publixs location was having a bad day...they were out of several items we were looking for and they seemed to be having issues w their refrigation system.But as usual, the staff was kind and courteous.

I am hoping management sees this review. I am going to rate it 5/5 because I dont want to affect your average rating in a negative way. BUT, please, please, please, get a better selection of beer! Out of all the publix I have been to, this has the worst selection. Okay we know that domestic trash beer (bud/coors) is going to take up 75% of your coolers, but the remaining 25% is all the same. Believe it or not craft doesnt only mean IPA. I counted 35 different ipas, 35... Zero Belgians (Golden monkey is ALWAYS sold out), zero hefeweizens, zero pumpkin beers during October, 1 stout, zero porters, zero lambics, 1 wheat, 1 sour. Please bring in some St bernardis, leffe, golden draak, etc. Thanks! Everything else is great!

This Publix is great like the rest of them. I found this Publix to be less crowded. The friendly employees are always there to help!

My favorite place to shop for groceries and meat but theyre not always the cheapest. Sometimes I think nobody else really matches their quality all the time but some people do match it some of the time. Ive always been a fan because they seem to keep the cleanliness level top tier.

The place is always clean and totally stocked.

I am sure it is well stocked, BUT, prices are higher than Walmart nearby.

The service at this Publix is outstanding, every employee I walked past told me “good morning”. Very positive energy in this location! I also used the scale near the entrance and noticed I lost almost 8 pounds. It’s already a good day.

I literally come here seven days a week jist because of their customer service! And the manager Randy is quite professional as well polite as he is kind.

Giving 5 stars cause... Publix.However the Pom is upset, very upset. They started not having any online order with green dots (prepaid) in the pickup place. So when the Pom went to pick his sandwich, he had to wait 30 minutes in the sandwich line until I was able to get my sandwich. Now heres the thing, the deli people and the manager act like I should know this, I did not. How am I supposed to know this policy when no other Publix I have been to do this? Also there is NO signage stating such policy. In other words, you wasted my time cause you failed to inform me. Put a sign up, ask if anyone has prepaid pickup orders, something to inform us of your policy and how we can pickup our sandwiches.

New to the neighborhood, drove through the parking lot to see what stores were in the area and there was Publix. Yay, I will definitely be shopping here!

Shopping is always a pleasure with Publix. Fresh fruit and vegetables, not to mention their beef quality is exceptionally good. I dont go anywhere else for my seafood, or anything for that matter.

No cashiers prices way to high when snow birds come greedy shop for years until I went to Walmart Large eggs 2.00 if that so really not to happy god bless that is just one answer!

There always friendly 😜 people at the store. They can be helpful . I shop here alot good service but they need to improve on the meat I brought some steaks red on the top. when I lift it up it was brown and you charge me full price not right. There shouldnt be no brown period at full price I pàid 19.98 for ribeyes thinly sliced up. Shame got to do better.

I was just turned away from Publix because I had my service dog with me. This is illegal and I knew but rather than cause a scene I left. I asked a police officer outside Publix. He said he was not sure of the laws. Lets get educated Publix. My dog is registered as a service dog. I will never return to that store and will be letting people know that Publix on Military Rd. is ignorant of the federal laws.

I ordered a cake for my moms birthday from the bakery department. I used the Publix app and was able to pick out every detail of the cake decoration exactly the way I wanted it. There are several choices at every step. The cake was delicious and they did a beautiful job decorating it. And all for $19.99. Great job Publix!!!

I feel their little bit expensive a lot of times their produce isnt as fresh as it should be or could be, they are outrageous on their meat, Colorado is where I just came from and we have a lot better and cheaper of meat and better meat,and produces

The Deli is very slow. Consider another option if you have limited time. You will be here awhile

Friendly the staff are very polite and everything is so fresh. Also the price you always find the way to do a big savings.

Not only did I receive no customer service at the deli department but I was discriminated my their employee in not providing me equal treatment according to Publix brand. But I was salt out lied to and was refused service that’s Publix quality in their food service and standards when I requested a spinach wrap with the original ingredients and they will make it how she wanted to make it like a sub. I will never out of my 40 years being a customer will never shop at any of their stores brands it’s not the same. After this experience I’ll stick to whole foods market.

Today was the first time I had Publix delivery, I shop there normally. I had such a great experience. I placed my order on line was told when Dayane will be purchasing my order. Something of course were out and she picked the items closes to my order. She was at my house within the time she said. I am so grateful because right not I do not want to venture out side. Im really impressed by the employees here since theyre all making sure that Covid-19 is not spread at this location, seen four employees sanitizing all of the groceries cars and on the lines where you check out. Super!!!!

Horrible customer service at the deli. Only one manager Paul coulnt help me either because he was handling another more serious complaint. And he seemed bothered as i waited to talk to him so i left.... So my insignificant self will never shop at Publix again. Customer service has dropped drastically....

Wow! I just left here on 7/14 at 3:50pm. My sister and I was checking out and Mary was our cashier. Our items were clearly separated on the belt and she rung them up together. We politely told her that the items were separate and she rudely threw up her hands upset, so rude! She threw my items out the bag and everything. Wow!! What terrible customer service from her!
