Have my boat at the boat club currently, dock crew is pleasant to talk to and are informative. Had an issue with my boat recently and they were able to get the problem resolved and in the water in time for my next outing. Office staff are kind and courteous, and the service department is informative and kept me in the loop (emailed pictures) on what the boat needed maintenance wise.

I am cancelling my membership effective immediately and will tell my entire Facebook group to do the same. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. With all the money I give you and you hang up the phone on me? Tell me the owners won’t care? Ok. Why should I care to do business with you then? Check your attitude with people who keep your business running. Good riddance.

Please do not rent a boat from this establishment. I have never been spoken to like I have today from the manager Joe. I can understand why this company only has 2 stars and their boats are not booked up on a perfectly sunny Florida day. The issue was that me and my husband were both born in 1988 and apparently there is a law similar to jaywalking were you need a boaters license to rent if you are not over 32. Interesting that I saw a child driving a boat in their marina. This man possibly discriminated against us because I am a Latina woman and my boyfriend has long hair and tattoos. We definitely did not look like the other white men in guy Harvey shirts. I’m mostly shocked at how Joe choose to handle this situation. Joe choose to take our money first and then chastise and demean us until we choose to leave. I’m shocked that in 2020, south Florida we are still treating people based on what they look like and I’m sure the business owner would be very angry the manager is ruining business during corona season. We’ve rented a boat from them previously meaning they’ve broken the law prior which i am contemplating calling the NSABLA. You got a lot of learning to do joe.

Not your typical marina. They are always polite and helpful. You never have to wait, your boat will be in the water, cleaned and iced down when you arrive.

I like the marina, it’s just a little pricey.

The folks on the docks are the best in the business. Your boat is always waiting, ice onboard, and clean. Upon return they lend a hand docking and ready to pull it out of the water after rinsing the engines and cleaning it up. Its slightly more expensive than others but full of value and worth it. All maintenance must be coordinated through Marina One unless youre a do it yourself person. I made some minor repairs and they had the boat waiting on an indoor rack without my asking because it looked like rain. Theres a full parts department and maintenance facility onsite. I was at the west building which is my favorite.. as its less formal. Id give six stars if possible.

Wouldn’t let me in without a mask, employee was quite rude about it. In Florida of all places...Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

We have been members of the yacht club for almost 3 years and find it amazing. Joe is wonderful and recently bent over backwards to make sure we had the slide boat when we had children counting on it. We were going to buy a boat till we came upon this amazing boat club. My only suggestion is that they host bi-monthly events so that the members can meet each other or have some kind of blog post if we dont mind taking another member on a boat we reserved. That way we can go out on boats with each other and make it more efficient at the same time as meeting new people. Thank you Joe, Tammy, and all the wonderful staff.

We have been with Marina One since March and wouldn’t choose any other Marina. The team is awesome and goes above and beyond every time. They take excellent care of our boat. Last weekend on Mother’s Day we came back in after a day on the boat to find my car was washed as a gift from Pat and Anthony. Awesome crew!

We rented a boat there today and were very satisfied. The boat was state-of-the-art; the instructor was very detailed; they gave us plenty of direction as to the area we’d be sailing within. The facilities are top notch and immaculate. Guests are treated as valued customers, from the moment you walk in.

Extremely nice and very helpful employees here. I found them on interstate batteries website as a dealer, went there and found the front desk, the girl working there was quick to get someone to help me out. The parts department didn’t even seem opened but that didn’t matter, the gentleman who helped me opened the door gave me a price for the battery. I wasn’t sure about the price, so he said “see if you can find a better price and if not just come back”. So I did, and I ended up coming back 30 mins later, he opened the door back up and sold me a battery. I usually don’t write reviews but when people are genuinely nice, it goes a long way and deserves some recognition. Everyone I encountered here was just that, genuinely nice and very helpful.

The Yacht Club is such a great formula. Very recent fleet, professionally maintained and amazing staff!!!

As the owner of a boat and storage yard myself, when we cant accommodate someone, or they want premium waterfront boat storage, we often refer them to Marina One. Ive personally been there many times and the entire facility is impeccably maintained, professionally staffed and an overall A+ experience. If you want a convenient location, this is the place to go....

UPDATE: Such a terrible experience here I’m reposting a year later. Joe should be committed. Beware of this club.If I could give zero stars I would. Beware, bad business practices at boat club and yacht club. Its clear they use the boat club to depreciate assets as there is a clear encumbrance when a member wants to use a boat. They are concerned about hours on the boat and not at all about their customers which matches our experience of being berated and yelled at. We were even lied to several times. Certainly not a business practice that gets you anywhere long term. Joe who runs the docks is a nightmare to deal with as many other reviews also state. Steer clear. While the boats are beautiful, dealing with someone like this has ruined our very short experience with this club. Do your homework before joining. Jupiter and Delray have some good boat clubs too!

Do not ever use Marina One for repairs and or maintenance. Place was paid for full maintenance of a generator and never did the heat exchanger. Then when it failed would not stand by their work. PISS POOR JOB!!! Message me I will give you a reputable marine repair contact that will stand by their work. How do you give them a thumbs done and no stars? It was that bad!

I just completed the purchase and install of a new Suzuki 150 hp on my 21’ Abaco at Marina One. The process was easy thanks to the sales and service staff who were totally accommodating in making sure that everything was properly performed. We are members of the Yacht Club and have received unbelievable service and a great overall experience. The staff is friendly and attentive and boats are very new. A great marina with easy access to Lake Boca.

Im not a customer, but was on the service side. When one of the machines stop working before the hurricane, the owners went the extra miles to provide the customers with satisfaction and comply with their end.

Used them twice before. All though they are way overpriced, I trusted them with my 2009 330 Sea Ray. Last time I came in with an overheating issue, in order for them to determine the problem, they suggested to pull both engines out. Once both engines were out, they tried to convince me to spend close to 40,000 in repairs and parts replacements! I told them that was unaffordable and to put the boat back the way it was. They charged me 19,000 for taking sand out and replacing a few hoses. They took advantage of my trust and lack of knowledge of my boat. Recently, I found out that both engines could have been flushed clean with out all of the unnecessary labor. Once I gave them the green light to pull both engines, I was at their mercy. Lastly, the boat ended up with new issues after I picked it up and naturally they denied that they were at fault.Beware of their dishonest practice

Im not one to post reviews, but Marina Ones customer service is 5-star!!! When our boat (which weve store with them for years) wouldnt start they offered to rent us a boat instead (family in town for the holidays) - It saved the day!! We recommend them every all the time!

Mizner Dream was the best place to have hosted our Holiday party. Great crew! We had an amazing time and the ride on the boat while partying and watching all the beautiful houses in the intercostal was amazing

Always a pleasure to deal with, staff and service are exceptional always willing to go above and beyond to make our day on the water a pleasant experience. I have used other marinas in Palm Beach County for storage and repairs and found the prices to be very comparable however NEVER do I feel the same level of customer appreciation as I do at Marina One.

This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for our kids. We arrived and we were so excited, it would be our first time on a boat! However, the boat never arrived and they were extremely rude about it. My kids are so upset at the way we were treated and it ruined the entire day. We will never return.

I was using Midwest Marine Services and was totally ripped off. They were supposed to do a f/up alignment and didnt. They act like theyre doing you a favor by just coming out. One of the mechanics went back to his truck and came back wreaking of pot. I could write 4 pages about what happened to meYoure best off using a reliable company. I called Marina One with a related problem. They showed up within a week, diagnosed the problem and Im very happy. J.R was great and a hard worker, unlike the pot heads over at Midwest Marine. I would definitely use Marina one again.

Terrible customer service. Made a reservation two weeks in advance and the boat was an hour late. Joe, the man we talked to, was very rude and treated us with ZERO respect. He did not apologize to us once about the inconvenience. Then he told US we werent being accommodating when he should have been the one accommodating us.

We researched other marinas in the area for dry docking. After a private tour of the facility from the owner and minimal negotiations we really found a treasure. The lovely ladies at the front desk are helpful, friendly, and professional. The guys running the docks know how we like the boat (tied up, gased, and ice) just right. One afternoon I was out on the boat having throttle problems, I call the dock and they talked me through getting under control. The boat was fixed and ready to go in one day by their top mechanics. At night when we take the boat out there is constant security that will help you with your boat and always always checking to make sure the area is secure. Prompt launches!

I called in for a quote since i am in the process of buying a 29 ft sea ray. So naturally i was looking for storage pricing. The lady said so, you want pricing for a pretend boat? Very disrespectful. Total RIP OFF! Only reason i gave it a star was cause i had no option for no stars, and the women i dealt with Barbara was nice and just doing her job. I took my boat there to get some work done on it thinking they were a big reputable place, i usually like going that direction when i do things.First off, they knew when I dropped off the boat to be serviced the bilge wasnt working cause of a blown fuse line that melted, and I mentioned the day before I had to manually remove water from the engine hatch. I had a service appointment for first thing, they left the boat in the water 24 hours. Come to find out it had a leak, took on more water over night and flooded my cabin floor. Thank god they only waited 24 hours or else i would be filing an insurance claim for a flooded boat.I didnt hear back for 3 days later, at which point I got the quote for the work to be done. Needless to say it was insanely high, the labor rate was through the roof. I was told it would take up to 3 weeks. I did some checking around looking for other reputable companys and i got quotes for half the price. Now it gets worse.I declined for the work to be done, it was primarily diagnose and quote work they did. They charged me between half hour to 1.5 hours for each and every line item i had on a check list to be quoted. Instead of charging me one single hourly rate for the overall estimating, i was charged nearly a full hour or more which is $125 per hour on each item I wanted being looked at. For example, quote on a hatch = 1 hour, quote on fixing an LED= half hour, quote on adding batteries= 1.5 hours, each little item was a labor charge. Dont tell me looking at a hatch, port holes, LEDs, takes more than 20 minutes,, but yet it was several hours of labor charge for estimating.Cost me almost $2000 to pump out my sewage, flush engine with fresh water, and estimates on work done. THATS IT! Over $500 just to pull it out the water on a fork lift, and put it on a trailer for pick up. Ive been ripped off before, but this certainly takes the cake. I realize they are large company, with lots of employees, massive over head, but to charge someone nearly $2000 for mainly estimating, and by the way flooding my boat for free, I highly suggest to anyone considering work to be done, run fast.There are tons of small certified mechanics in the area with smaller over head, who can do the same quality work for a fraction of the cost, and mind you much faster cause your not just a number.

I am blown away that I have been treated like trash. It was supposed to be a great experience and they did not have our reservation avaliable. The man we spoke to was very disrespectful to us and would not give us any estimates. Basically telling us that we were acting as an inconvenience to him. Very disappointed with my experience.

The best marina that Ive seen

I asked Marina One to estimate repairs on our Sea Ray 370 EC, it cost me $162.00 for the estimate to address five issues, no work was performed, I was unaware that you can be charged for an estimate. The marina that actually performed the work charged only for the work, imagine that..The estimate was crazy expensive, $750.00 to adjust four packing gland nuts (two prop shafts and two rudder shafts, not re-pack, just tighten them). The work took under and hour to complete.How about $375.00 labor to drop in new batteries? Seems a bit high..

Mechanical service was not well done my boat had problems after tidying up, there were some items that worked when i left the boat at marina 1 and when fetching my boat the same items no longer worked and my generator from my boat was stolen i spent $ 35k to tidy my boat at the boat value of $ 30,000, the seats were stained with stained motor oil I would not recommend this Marina One

Marina One is in a location thats been a marina for a long time, and Marina One is now more beautiful than it ever has been. My dad used to dock his boat here back in the 80s, so I remember what it was like. Its a lot nicer now. I rented a 22ft. Chapparal the other day, for the whole day. Joseph was very attentive and very concerned that I understood the safety limits of the rental contract. When we reserved the boat earlier that week I was told there probably wouldnt be any issues with going out in the ocean. However, when we arrived there Sunday morning we were told it was too rough. I was disappointed, and they were apologetic, but explained it wasnt something they fool around with. They did say that if the weather improved theyd call me and let me know if it was OK to go out on the ocean. We left the marina and motored south to the Hillsborough Inlet. We played around there for a while and when we were leaving I called Joseph to check if it was OK to go out in the ocean. He checked it out and then told me OK go ahead - but stay close.We only went from the Hillsborough Inlet to the Boca Inlet. What was really beautiful was that the tide was coming in exactly as we were coming in the inlet. This makes the water clear in Lake Boca Raton for only a brief amount of time, but its so cool when it happens. We caught it - perfect timing - and anchored and enjoyed Lake Boca for a while. We also enjoyed some time in Lake Wyman, and then took the boat back an hour and a half early because we were so satisfied.In hindsight it was good that Joseph was cautious about us going out in the ocean. This was because the waves were about 1-2ft high. If there were 3ft it wouldnt have been fun with that size boat - too much bumping and slapping around. So these guys know what theyre doing - listen closely to the safety restrictions and be careful and youll have a great day like we did.
