I had my first tattoo done with Jamie in August. I got a tattoo in my grandmother’s handwriting and Jamie absolutely crushed it!! It looks so dainty and beautiful…exactly how I wanted it! She was extremely meticulous with making sure the placement was perfect and I really appreciate that. She was so sweet and welcoming along with the entire staff. The shop was super clean and had a great vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back!!

My friend and I were on vacation in Florida for 3 days and wanted to get tattoos. Eric Dennis did our tattoos. He did a fantastic job. He took his time and made sure everything was perfect. About 3 weeks ago Erik Dennis did mine and my fathers matching tattoos. We loved how they came out. When I was getting my tattoo done, Erik would make sure that I was alright and that he wasn’t putting too much pressure on my back. He had us laughing the entire time. 10/10 would recommend.

I recently moved down to boca and have been looking for a tattoo shop. i will not be looking anymore after coming to black rose tattoo!! i got a very small, simple snail on my hip and it turned out better than i could have expected! My artist was Millena Sousa and she was absolutely incredible! she was so professional and all the other artists in the shop were just as nice and friendly. i cannot wait to come back for my next one!!

I went with my sisters and cousin to get tattooed at Black Rose Tattoo Studio. Since this was my FIRST one, I was a bit nervous. However, upon meeting Erik Dennis, he immediately made us feel very comfortable about his artistry and techniques. His personality won us over right away. He was super friendly, very personable and extremely confident in his work and the cost of the tattoos was very affordable! We made an appointment for the next evening to tattoo the 4 of us. We had already picked out a design and gave it to Erik. Within minutes, he was ready to begin. The whole process was incredible. Erik gave us exactly what we wanted! His work is just beautiful! Where do I even start, first of all it was Father’s Day and instead of taking a day off and staying at home @erikdennistattoos was at the shop keeping it open past closing so that I would be able to get a Father’s Day tattoo. If you don’t see the dedication and commitment to satisfy clients let’s me break it down. He stood open for a walk in client and only made shop minimum while every one else was long gone. Thank you again for everything you did that day truly made my first Father’s Day a special and memorable one. I’ll be coming back for a tons of more work.

Hallie is hands down the best tattoo artist I have ever been to. Hallie did my lion tattoo for my arm (sleeve tattoo) and I will always be coming back to her. She has a light hand, great conversation, lines are clean and the shading is phenomenal. Gil, the owner, is hilarious and such a great guy. You can’t go wrong with either Gil or Hallie.

The lady did a really great job and the girls there are very nice and make sure I was comfortable since it was my first tattoo. I called and scheduled an appointment to receive a tattoo. I took a $35 Uber to the shop. Upon arriving before my scheduled time, I was told that I would have to wait 2 hours because no one was available at that time. I wouldn’t waste your time scheduling with this establishment.

So I did a tattoo today on my ribs with Millena & she did a beautiful job . I was so nervous coming in because they say the ribs hurt the most but not at all & that’s me having a fear of needles. If you look at her Instagram page all her art work is beautiful & she explains very well on how to do the aftercare . I really highly recommended this place :)

Very unprofessional. I cant review a tattoo because I never got one here. I can review the service or lack thereof. I went in there on a Friday night to get a tattoo but all the artists had left by 730pm and they close at 10pm. The guy there texted my name and number in a group chat for someone to contact me. By Saturday late afternoon, no one called me. I also sent an email. No response. I called on Saturday and the girl that answered the phone said she thought she texted me. No she didnt. She didnt say her name but said she had no time on Saturday but could do it on Monday, but said if someone could do it Saturday, they would call me. I never got a call on Saturday or Monday. This is no way to treat a potential client. I ended up going somewhere else who will get my repeat business.

The studio was clean the tattoo gun was practically silent ( AMAZING ) her attention to detail and what we wanted was amazing..

Love coming to this place and having my tattoos done by Paris. She’s very patient and meticulous with her work. I recommend her 100%

Hallie Brooks is AMAZING! i got a row of 6 shark teeth of different species and she was so attentive about what i wanted, and when i got there she had even taken time out of her day to prep and find pictures herself of what i described what i wanted. the whole process was smooth, easy, and fun! she really made me feel comfortable and i definitely noticed how clean everything was, and how she cleaned as she prepped. if you’re thinking of getting a tattoo i HIGHLY recommend end her! i will definitely be back to add on to my tattoo and will request her specifically :)

I got 3 tattoos within 3 months from Katie! My favorite thing about Black Rose is the family type environment. As each artist is working, the others are cheering them on and checking in on their work. I love how they’re all amazed by each other. Regardless of who is doing your work, everyone is so friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Getting a tattoo can be super intimidating so the environment the shop creates is so important. I would go here time and time again and can’t recommend it enough :)

Both my mom and I got tattoos by Dave Meth and what a stellar job he did. The shop is clean, fairly welcoming and located in a decent spot. Like any business, there are minor things that may pop up here and there. But, the goods far outweigh any negatives. The care that each artist puts forth during and after the tattoo seems to be unmatched by any shop in the area. Highly recommended.

Love this shop! Just got my third tattoo from them along with my boyfriend’s very first one! Paris was great and made his first ink experience an excellent one, and of course mine came out excellent as well. We’re already planning out some future pieces! Considering the current pandemic situation, I have to say the shop was extremely clean and tidy, and all safety and sanitary precautions were taken. I highly recommend this shop.
