Great friendly staff. They have very nice Surf clothing casual and dressy. Definitely a place to shop.

Salesman (store manager) was extremely helpful and nice when I was interested in a pair of roller skates on the floor. He helped me find the right size and I purchased them. The next day I went to wear them I realized they had left the security tag on. Realizing I now had to go back to the store and have them remove the tag I decided they were an impulse purchase and that I’d be better off with roller blades. The same manager ‘helped’ with the return. He was completely rude, responding snarky and cold when I mentioned ‘Although the tag was left on I think it worked out, I might be better with roller blades.’ He responded “didnt work out out for us.” I thought he was joking at first but the blunt, angry behavior continued. I actually said to him ‘I feel like I really upset you.’ Writing this review because it was such an upsetting experience, I have never had such an unprofessional, uncomfortable and inappropriate interaction with someone in the customer service industry. Very upsetting.

I bought a bathing suite then walked out of the store for 30 minutes and changed my mind since it didnt really fit but I was on vacation and needed a bathing suite. I walked back in to return it and the employee told me I needed to wait for the manager to arrive to issue a refund and even asked me if I wanted a store credit or full refund. I waited about 20 minutes for the manager to arrive at the store. He had a degrading nasty attitude. Then, told me they dont allow bathing suite bottom refunds (I had bought a one piece). I thought he was joking and then he told me theres a little sign on the cash register counter that states the policy (which I could not see since it was covered by the clothes I was purchasing). I even told him I was here 30 minutes ago, still had the bag and the tags on and he completely lost it as if I did something wrong. Do not shop here. Extremely unprofessional and unreasonable.

I always go to this store to rent paddleboards and grab surf gear. Never had a issue with anyone the staff is friendly and knowledgeable decent prices

Cool little store with lots of cool items. Swimwear that you cant find in many places. I would definitely will be coming back for more. Really cool designs and items. Most of the stuff is unique to this shop that you cant find at Macys and other retailers

BillaBong is a great upscale place to shop for the venue and coastal environment. Items are a bit pricey yet that is their target market / patrons. Recommended.
