There customer service was amazing and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. The uniforms they are are high quality and affordable prices. This was one of the best experiences that I have ever had at a retail location and would HIGHLY recommend and school so use Risee Brothers for all there uniform needs. The manager was the most impressive people that I have ever worked with he went above and beyond to make my experiences incredible. Thank you so .uch Risse Brothers for a outstanding experience.
I had called to check on my order as school starts in a few days and the women who answered was so extremely rude. Pretty much stating it’s not her problem the order isn’t in yet. Yet when I was in the store ordering them they assured me they get shipments everyday and it would certainly be there before school starts! Customer service needs much improvement.
Very disappointed for so many reasons. I would suggest giving an opportunity to a different vendor. I will say there Miami store has it together and go out of their way to assist anyway they can. Unfortunately, the Deerfield location is a disappointment.

I have been trying to reach the store via phone for weeks to check if my order is ready. I have left multiple messages and no one calls back, emails dont go through. It has been a nightmare now I have to drive from Boynton to have any chance of getting our uniforms. Crazy horrible customer service.
It really is the worst place you can buy in the US, I went from Hometead because I have placed the order for more than a month and the answer you have to wait another month, I turned my back and continued serving the next person, I say again you have something of my order that you can advance me, no point, they had to close that place and they would save the customer who is paying and expensive because it is not cheap to have a bad time, horrible and not even talk all month by calling by phone, all every day at all hours and never answers.
Horrible the service I have a month calling and they do not answer the blessed phone, I write them emails and nothing of which they answer, I have practically a month I made the order and I still do not know if it will arrive some day because I have no one to really ask what the worst thing in the world
Terrible customer service! I bought clothes in Deerfield and also made an order to be shipped to my home. I never received my order and I emailed customer service several times and havent heard from anyone. I also call the store during what they say is their business hours and I get voice mail.Whos NOT running Risse Brothers?
I hope trinity get another uniform company SOON....( SO EXPENSIVE FOR A BAD MATERIAL )they just care about money, costumer service so poor and the Manager super BAD HUMAN, DRIVING FROM LAKE WORTH TO HERE AND CANT USE THE BATHROOM, BECAUSE COVID. Oversized, overpriced, and customer service? What customer service! When they came to our school we originally purchased a skirt that was big for the size it was supposed to be. When we went the second day, they conveniently talked us into exchanging for a different one which cost way more, and they had to order it! It took a month and a half to come and is also way too big! Their sizes are far from accurate. In fact not much has even fit our daughter and we have no choice! I tried calling twice during their business hours, no answer! I even left a message regarding our order, NO ONE called me back! Horrible in every way! Telling the school and all who are interested!

Nice staff in person although they always appear understaffed and unprepared to meet supply and demand. They need to figure out how to answer a business phone. Had to drop from 5 stars to 3 since their customer service is getting worse. In reading the other recent reviews looks like it’s a trend. If schools would switch their vendor and drop their sales that may get their attention or they can close. Their choice.
Quality clothing and a pleasant shopping experience
Risse Brothers as a uniform business is clean, organized, with helpful staff. However consumers like myself love to bargain shop and to be instructed to shop from a specific vendor is usually not a happy task. Overall Risse Brothers is a great business.
The uniforms are an excellent fit. The clothes dont fade or pill. The pants are adjustable waist, they will last the whole school year!! 😃
Cash out process is extremely slow and painful. We only shop here as they are the only ones who carry/can supply the uniforms for our school. Wish we had a choice. The DMV lines are faster than this place.
The A.c. was broken, the prices are only listed on a book, Ive been to other uniform places and they offer you a basket and sheet with all the prices. Id rather shop on line only went to store for sizing. Lady at the register wasnt friendly pretty dry.
Overpriced but they got you buy the b.. and whats with the raggedy cotton?! Put children in better blended materials!

Overpriced and terrible customer service. We placed an order in-store and they told us we could pick it up at the store once it arrived. Instead, they decided to ship the order to an old address without letting us know. The email receipt clearly says Shipping: In-store. [Update: Went back to the store to address the issue in person, and they replaced the item.]

Very good quality school uniforms. Not so cheap prices, but they are balanced with the quality of the product. Pretty accessories. Good and fast attention, they speak Spanish. Freedom to select and do not pressure to buy.
