I called to see if they had the stone I was looking for. A very nice gentleman, Shivaprakash, said yes and sent me 25 slab photos and options. I told him I was going to come the next morning to pick slabs. He told me he wouldn’t be there and someone would help me at the front desk. We drove 2 hours and they wouldn’t even show us the slabs. I have dealt with other MSI locations for 20 years and never had such horrible service.

This place is absolutely beautiful with all there displays. My sales person was Teri who was able to answer all my questions and concerns about different products. Thanks to her I was able to make a decision. I highly recommend MSI for all your needs.

They have lots of options but are severely lacking in tile types. For example they have subway tile options but only in glass or ceramic. Porcelain is better for tiling showers and they dont provide that as an option. The order time was also longer than three weeks which isnt ideal for completing anything within a timely manner.

Went to see samples of quartz for our kitchen. The showroom is very well laid out and the lighting was good too. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was great that they had some very large samples so you could get a good idea for the kitchen. They have lots of tiles too look at as well. nice stuff!

Extremely unhappy with product purchased through MSI and absolutely fed up with this companys failure to even attempt to resolve an issue regarding their faulty product, or honor their product warranty. purchased Prescott- Katella ash flooring on September 9, 2020 and had it professionally installed and a short time later it started popping up all over the house. contacted the install company. They sent out a representative who showed me the problem and explained the floor material has a brittle locking mechanism which breaks when walked on. Sent letter to MSI along with letter from install company on February 10, 2021, NO RESPONSE, On March 8, 2021(26 days) I received a call from Mr. David Harris, asking for pics, I sent pics same day, Followed up with call on March 30, 2021,(22 days) Mr. Harris said He is working on claim. Other text exchanged but only when i contact him. it is now May 20, 2021 (31/2 months) and no one from MSI has been out to look at the floor. They had no problem taking 2,429.44 but getting them to resolve this issue has become an issue. The only reason for one star (Which they do not deserve) was to write this review. think twice before dealing with MSI. I will follow up with their corporate office in CA. I do not recommend this company.

Cant say enough positive things... what an invaluable resource and great experience, every visit! Not only do I love the MSI products (currently shopping for more stone ledger) but unfortunately, although you can order MSI products through Home Depot online, they have no samples at the Home Depot stores. Luckily, I researched online and stumbled on this gold mine:A. huge, thoroughly stocked, and EXTREMELY clean, bright and airy showroom.B. They have virtually every product on display and happily provide samples.C. The Sales Director, David Harris, is extremely knowledgeable, and took time to step away from his office/busy schedule to personally educate me and make recommendations.D. Everyone at the front desk, Thais, Bella and Grasi are super friendly and very helpful!I was so happy not to have to schlepp all the way down to Miami to find samples. Another really cool feature... out front, set in AstroTurf, they have samples of all of their Travertine pavers. You can see exactly how they look in the sunlight, walk on them, and compare color schemes to tile/ledger samples.Thank you, MSI! -Adam

We visited MSI for the 1st time in order to check countertops. While the showroom only accommodate limited size pieces of quartz for an initial viewing, the attentive personnel from MSI can take you to the warehouse in the back where MSI has an impressive amount of slabs in terms of color/style variety. Eliezer was very attentive and patient allowing us to review the different options under consideration. Thank you!

I worked with Terri Moss from MSI in the Deerfield Beach Florida office.We purchased their quartz counter tops and just recently the outside porcelain pavers. Terri provided us excellent service and her product knowledge was outstanding. MSIs showroom and warehouse provided a great variety of quality products.

I made an appointment since the show room is not open to the general public at this time without it. I had arrived at my appointment time, and there was another couple who came right behind me. After checking in, the couple was assigned a sales rep. I was there for about an hour and during that time there were other people who had come in, and received individualized help by someone who is knowledgeable about coordinating countertops, cabinet doors and such. The girl from the front desk told me that I can go look at the room with all the quartz displays. I was trying to juggle a cabinet door, a flooring tile 18 x 30 and a sample of the wall paint. She handed me a clipboard with a pen as if this was a self-service place. After wandering around the room, there were some that were nice, but not something I was specifically looking for. I approached that same person asking if I could be assigned to a sales person who could help me, but she said we don’t do that here. I waited until a couple had finished up with their sales person, and asked him about the availability of one of the stones. He asked me who my sales person was, and I just pointed to the young lady at the front desk. She then copped an attitude and I walked saying I’d be really hard pressed to buy my materials there. I let my contractor know that I was totally dissatisfied with MSI, and he asked me not to leave. He told me to ask for a person 2 letter initials. Apparently he miss heard, because when I went back to into the show room, the same young woman became even more annoyed because of my complaint because she was the one my contractor spoke with. She clearly was annoyed, need I say more.As a post script, I’d hate to find out that she lost her job, but management needs to train her better, or shift her into a less public position.

So, I wasn’t going to write a review until I received an automated email from MSI asking me to do so. Called Monday to set an appointment midday on Tuesday for me and my wife to come look at countertop options. Was supposed to get a callback Monday to confirm. Did not get a callback until Tuesday morning. When they called, they didn’t get my name right – instead asked for my Contractor. No big deal. I confirmed the appointment. My wife got stuck at work so I called ahead to let them, know we would be running behind by about 30 minutes. I arrived at the later time (in the middle of the pouring rain) and came inside and filled out their required sign-on form. After doing so, I sat there for a few minutes expecting our salesperson to come up and get me. The receptionist finally looked over and said I could go ahead and look around since the salesperson wasn’t there (um appointment???). My wife arrives a few minutes later and we proceed to walk around and look at things by ourselves. Nobody ever came out to get us, nor did the receptionist ever come over and update us on where our salesperson was. Mind you, at any given point during that 40 minutes, there was maybe 1 or 2 other people in the place, so it was pretty obvious we were wandering around on our own. So, about 40 minutes after I arrived, we left. Nobody ever did anything to help us or really even acknowledge we were there or when we would be helped.Probably for the best. Their quartz countertop offerings are scant. Pretty basic and all flavors of the same thing. Nothing that we really wanted. Just could not believe that they never showed up for our appointment, nor did anyone ever offer an update or any help at all. Such poor customer service. Then I get an automated no-reply email thanking me for stopping by and asking me to give them a review. So, here you go! And we made sure to tell our contractor about the horrible experience and that we would never consider MSI for any of our home needs. Told him we were disappointed that he even recommended them to us. Doubt he will recommend to his customers in the future. Everybody can have a bad day, but inconceivable that they disregard us the entire time we were there and make no effort to help. Some basic customer service training is in order to refresh the team.

Excellent Customer Service. Huge collections of tiles- ceramic, porcelain etc.Wonderful experience- Order was ready for pick up at the dock within few minutes of placement of order. Knowledgeable and friendly staff guided to select the tile color and type per my family need. Quality of tiles was exceptional. Amazing experience.. An amazing experience. Tops in technology & stock. QR CODES-Allow you to scan it for flooring. Then place a picture of where the floor is to go. It puts the new floor in the pic of your home.The Beautifully organized so as no to overwhelm you. I am so pleased my countertop vendor sent me there.

Customer service was appalling. Money for nothing

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a gentlemen who then introduced me to Melina. She immediately welcomed me to the showroom and started working with me right away. She was very knowledgeable about the products and was so pleasant. MS, dont let her get away. She is truly a valuable asset that isnt found easily in South Florida.

MS International has a great set up, excellent quality products, and courteous salespeople. However, the fact that they wont tell you even approximate prices, makes it very very difficult to shop, if not impossible. The way they operate is for you to select items. They then price the items and send it to your contractor, who in turn has to communicate it to you. I understand the business arrangement. But if you cannot tell whether something is in the 0 - 5 dollar range, or 5 - 10, or 10 - 15, per square foot, you cannot conveniently plan your project within a budget. You have to go multiple times after getting the price from your contractor and finding out that you were way off your budget.

Theresa Moss was very informative and took her time in helping me make my dreams come true. I highly recommend her and this company to anyone looking to do flooring and countertops.

Many local quartz businesses sell MSI quartz. It was very nice to go to the showroom and see larger (maybe 6 ft tall by 2 feet wide) samples of all their quartz offerings. Very impressive showroom and very helpful salespeople. The company has a good reputation, and I am confident that we will be happy with our quartz for a long time.

Highly recommend them. They have a huge selection of quality flooring and countertops of all different types. Very reasonable prices too. The staff was very knowledgeable and the buying process was effortless.

It was such a pleasure shopping for countertops here. Brent is the person who helped me and he was very knowledgeable and patient and explained a lot of different features including many different options. After visiting many of these stores in the last few weeks, this is the best and I decided to go with them.

I guess I wasnt as important as someone obtaining a slab of granite. The people were not welcoming or friendly. I walked around-no one asked me if I needed any help and when I did ask for help -- and had some questions - I felt as if they were doing me a favor and it was a big imposition for them. I have always been in the CS service industry and it take minutes to gain a customer and seconds to lose one. Well you lost one today.
