After 3 years of searching for a company to repair our windows I finally found one that did not try to seal me replacement windows and do the repairs needed.The owner came to our home to look at our windows and see what needed to be done.He was very professional and understood what he needed to do.Parts were ordered and came in a day earlier than expected.His workers arrived on time and proceeded to repair our windows.I wasn’t home but my wife was exceptionally pleased with both workers and the results of what they did.5+ stars in my book

Our condos (18 of them) are located on the beach just east of A1A. The buildings take a beating to say the least! Many, if not most, of our windows were leaking around the glass, the metal frames and at the installation points along the adjoining stucco. Integral Windstorm Products LLC came in and replaced the factory seals (which were out of warranty) in all 46 large single pain (hurricanes impact windows), sealed all metal seams, and sealed the joints where the window frames and stucco meet. I like to keep my reviews simple so suffice it to say these guys are professional, conscientious, and reliable. Highly recommended if this is the kind of work you need done!

We had several water leaks coming from under 2 separate sliding glass doors. I obtained details on a few vendors off Google and contacted each. After speaking with each vendor, I felt very comfortable choosing Ralph (owner) at Integral Windstorm LLC, to come out and provide an estimate. Ralph arrived on date/time committed, inspected the sliders and explained the scope of work and time-frame to do so (based on weather). Ralph himself came out to do the repair. I was very impressed at his knowledge, work ethics and details in performing the work required. He even came out on a Sunday after rain had stopped for 2 days and area was dry. After 24-36 hours of completing the repairs, between some rain and my aggressively spraying the sliders and complete slider frames with the hose for over 5 minutes....not a drop of water leaked into the house. Excellent work/repair, professional, on time, and reasonable pricing. I strongly recommend Ralph and Integral Windstorm LLC for your repair or needs when comes to Windows, Sliders and whatever Scope of work you may need that Integral Windstorm may be able to do for you.

Following multipoint lock failure on my front door I contacted a local locksmith who was unable to fix/repair/remove the broken lock. The results of an internet search returned Integral Windstorm Products and their website highlighted work with multipoint locks and doors. I was able to schedule an appointment to analyze the problem immediately. Imported parts were ordered and after arriving the locksmith did an excellent job of quickly removing the old lock and installing the new one with no damage to front door. Additionally the door was squared to resolve a hinge issue. Great service, thanks again.

Ralph Kelly repaired a large leaking window at our home in Boca Raton. He and his colleague were both very professional, polite and knowledgeable. They inspected the window, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it completely the same day. The price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend Ralph and his company, Integral Windstorm Products, without hesitation, for any and all window repairs. Very impressed with this company. I love this company and the work we do

The company was hired to replace existing glass with impact glass in Weathershield French doors, side lights and casement windows. They were able to resolved any problems they discovered as they replaced each piece of glass. During the replacement process one door was discovered to have substantial damage from water leaking from the glass seal. They removed the door and securely boarded the opening while they repaired the rotten portion of the door. Every day they arrived on time and were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They cleaned up daily always leaving the area neat and tidy where they had been working.I highly recommend this company!Thank you guys! Job well done!

I am a property manager in Fort Lauderdale and have had problems with leak issues on several windows at a clients estate home. The picture frame windows had minor leaks and was damaging the window frame, drywall and trim casing in the immediate areas. We called a few window repair companies with no success. One company never showed up and the company that did, were not very effective at all. The first rain after the repairs were made, the leaks seemed to be worse. called several times and no call back.I called the manufacturer of the windows in Wisconsin and they recommended Integral Windstorm for the repairs since the are located in Broward county as well.They were well recommended by the manufacturer and they are factory trained for Weather Shield window repair. I called and spoke to the owner and was surprised at how professional and pleasant the initial phone call went. I arranged for an inspection type service call for them to come out and assess the problems we were having. They arrived the next day and on time. Wow!!!I showed them the windows and went off to do my daily tasks and checked in on them from time to time. 3 hours later they were done with the outside where they presumed the rain water was coming in, and in the inside where the wood frame got damaged.They assured me that they got to the source of the leak and had made the repairs. I was a little skeptical at first, since the previous repair company said the same thing. After 2 months now, we still have not had a leak.I will certainly use this company again, if I should have any problems on any of the other properties we manage. As a property manager I must have skilled vendors that are reliable and effective in their efforts.

They maintain our doors and windows on an annual basis. As parts wear out, they either find the replacements or manufacture them. We needed to find a company to repair Peachtree windows which are no longer manufactured for my parents home. We found the right company!!Ralph and his team were extremely courteous and thorough in visiting the home, taking the necessary measurements, ordering the parts, pre-assembling screens prior to installation and repairing all of the balance rods and sashes on the windows. We had Integral Windstorms Products do a complete repair and maintenance on our home’s multiple windows and doors that were in a state of disrepair. Ralph and his team were the most professional, thorough, fair priced, prompt, accurate and best quality work by any contractor we have ever hired in Florida.As an architect, I can be a little picky about contractor work. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the results provided by Integral Windstorm Products LLC.

This company is very reliable, professional and honest. We called them thinking that we had issues specifically with our upstairs bedroom windows that were causing significant interior leaking during heavy (and even moderate) rainfalls. Ralph and his team came out quickly, just a day or 2 after we contacted them, to do the initial assessment, which was VERY thorough, including both interior and exterior site inspections. The exterior was particularly challenging due to the placement of the windows over a sharply steeped, barrel-tiled roof, yet Ralph persisted, experimenting with various tricky ladder positionings, until he was ultimately able to diagnose the problem. Despite the true cause of our leakage having nothing to do with our windows, Ralph still took the time to photograph the area, climb down and fully explain the issue to us, and then proceed to suggest our next steps toward mitigation. Mind you, none of the work that we were going to need is done by Integral Windstorm Products so we weren’t able to hire them for this job, but they still didn’t charge us a penny for the enlightening visit, inspection or problem diagnosis! They were there for at least 35-45 minutes. This is a class act company, and we wouldn’t hesitate to call them again in the future if we should experience any other problem that might fall within their wheelhouse to resolve.

It was difficult to find anyone to repair my leaking sliding glass doors. No one wanted to touch it. These guys showed up on time, did what they said they would do for the written price they provided. Very professional. I highly recommend them.
