The most disgusting place Ive been. This man saw me standing there waiting to be serviced and a Spanish lady comes up and he completely ignores me and helps her. He was absolutely rude.! Their place produce is bad onions are spoiling on the shelf. I will never go back here again. Of I could give this place a zero I would.

I had the worst experience there tonight. I went to buy food to cook because I’m pregnant and I was discriminated against. I picked up a small bag of jasmine rice and at the register I decided I wanted to get a big bag instead. The cashier told me that she would not serve me if I did not put back the small bag of jasmine rice. I am not an employee there so I am not responsible for putting back items I returned back to the shelf. She proceeded to calling the manger and he also said he would not serve my fiancé and I due to us not returning the rice to the shelf, security was also called to escort us out the store as we refused to put the rice back on the shelf. How horrible is that?

I have been coming here for the past few years .. the staff is always 5 star... the prices are really good ... the new location is super nice and clean ... beside the fact that the shopping carts where they keep them sucks in general everything else is good.. they also started selling cooked food which is something new .. I havent tried yet but this place deserves 5 star

They do not have the same price as on the shelf and when paying at the checkout. I bought a coke and when I went to check the receipt. they said that I had bought 6 bottles and not just one. .

Great customer service, they serve nice and hot freshly cooked food. And they have the prettiest and polite cashiers. This is the only Market I go to when I want to buy fresh seafood and fresh meats.

I really like this new Bravo store. The lighting is bright and the floor is also in light color. There are many selections of items. The lanes are wide easy to move around. The one thing I wish to have changed is to have the letter size of food labels to be bigger like font number 15 or up so it can be read 3 feet away. I have to bend over the bins to read them close up or wear reading glasses while go shopping which is inconvienient to me and to most people. I always read lot of labels looking for items to try out.They even have food fresh made, cakes, cookies that you can buy and eat there or take out.Im sure will shop there more often. Hope that more people will find this store.

After they updated it has been very clean and organized. The only thing though is the very long lines at checkout.

Awesome market especially if youre looking for certain ethnic foods you cant find at Publix. They also have a great lil cafe with cuban coffee and pastries. Great prices also.

This Bravo is a new supermarket they finally moved next door to a bigger, cleaner store. This Bravo serves hot food in which I am still eating. They have many different types of dishes. I had the Cuban sandwich for the price and size of sub you can not beat it any place that I have seen. I highly recommend you try it for lunch or for dinner.

I was not impressed at all! Once you enter the outside, you can smell the funk from the meat! Some of the ground products looks old! Inside is very untidy and scanty. I wouldnt shop again. I love the one in Carol Springs better, thats the one Ill stick to..wide variety of international foods!

Meats are rotten, employees are unfriendly, managers included. They have items priced with one price on the shelves but when you get to the register the price is totally different, and then I had to wait for the mgr to take his sweet time to go and check the price. My son and his family bought a meat plan from there and when they got home the majority of their meets were spoiled, and I had the same experience with miscut wings last week. I used to shop there for the convenience because I live right down the street but now I will drive the extra miles to get great friendly service, and fresh meats. I was also told that there are rats running around the store, although I have never experienced that but I definitely believe it. Signed an unsatisfied customer, and I wish I can give 0 🌟s

It was a small store. Im used to a bigger one in North Florida. It was ok. I go there for the meats mainly, they are priced pretty inexpensive and its fresh with a butcher on premises and hell cut it up for you

First impressions is everything. In the past 3 years it has gone from Bravo to Neighbors to Bravo. The store does not look inviting it could use a make over. Thats all I ll say .... form your own opinion.

There is plenty of parking spaces but I would just be wary of where you are parking, as it is cramped and on top of that individuals in this plaza park carelessly.The first thing I noticed about this establishment is the off putting smell when you first enter the store. It basically smells like a butcher shop since their meat section is near the entrance and all that air gushes at you when the automatic sliding doors open.This is a store run by Hispanics. I at first thought it was a Hispanic store (just how there are Indian stores and oriental East Asian stores), however its just a regular quick stop grocery store. They have the basic produce and shelf items you can find at any store. The only difference is that over here the prices are cheaper as is the quality. Im not sure which days they get a fresh delivery, but once I find out, I will be sure to write a tip about it.My favorite thing to get here is the dulce de leche ice cream pops (which are conveniently located near checkout) they have and the spicy jalapeño plantain chips (and a couple of the produce if Im in the area).

Worse customer service ever, cashiers not so friendly, never had, and say thank you. Today I went there purchasing a few items for over $30 when I got home I realized I forget one of my item. Went back with my receipt and see if I can get it, the manager mainly told me they are not responsible for any item left by customrs. I was amazed by his arrogant comment, Ive been going there for at least once a week, I wil never bring my business to this company ever again due to the lack of customer service.
