Customer service was great. The Flau that works there was super helpful. She explained which mattress was good for me specially that I am pregnant. When I came to pay the next day. It was super easy too I did it online and service was fast. I was done in less than 20 minutes. Definitely would recommend it!

The sales associate,Dave, was a huge help, and steered me to a mattress that my kid would grow into and that would last, and not one that would break down as he got older (which is what I was going to buy). Just had our mattress delivered and they couldnt have been more kind. The girl in the store was very helpful, too. We bought a new frame thinking our old one was breaking, but when they did the delivery they showed us it wasnt and gave us a refund on the frame without any issues. Very good people.

Thank God.I contacted Mattress Depot & told David about a mattressthat I found, he was actually able to give a much betterdeal, I said earlier I was ready to spend $600...he got me the sameMattress for $400 plus he said he would deliver it himself when ever Iwanted. It would have cost me extra $$ to have it delivered online.So David saved me over $300 on my mattress!! If there was the option for 10 stars I would have given that! I bought two mattresses from Mattress Depot, one for our spare bedroom day bed and the other for my mamas bedroom a few years later. Flausina was so knowledgeable and helpful when I bought mine. When I brought my mama back a few years later David was so unbelievable kind and sweet to my mom he actually helped deliver and put the frame together for her. I also referred an elderly friend of mine who is on a fixed budget and needed an inexpensive but good quality mattress and Mattress Depot came through again of course. She lives in the same community as my mom and David delivered to her and helped her as well. Fantastic business and owners. Always will refer people to them.

Everything from shopping to delivery went smoothly.I was updated by email at every step of the process from order, manufacturing and delivery.I Received a call to set up delivery and Mattress Depot was professional and courteous. The same can be said for there delivery guys. They removed the old mattress/boxspring with no problem and set-up the new bed very quickly. Again very good experience and look forward to enjoying my new mattress.

We bought our first mattress on January 2015 from Mattress Depot in Deerfield Beach, FL. The first one started to sag by March and we placed the complaint by April 2015. The mattress was replaced by May. The new mattress was alright in the beginning but come July 2015 it was sagging exactly like the first mattress. When we called up the store they told us we will have to contact Simmons directly since he had nothing to do with it (he already replaced it once and had nothing to do with it). This was a manufacturer issue and the owner David Goldberg didnt want to replace or credit us towards another brand - said we just complain too much. Terrible customer service, this must be why he was selling it 80% off. You get what you pay for and more, you get a nice New York attitude lip with it too.My husband and I didnt argue and figured we would wait to register a complaint again in 3 months. We got it tested in September again (please note: this is the second mattress being tested the second time for damage), and this time the sag was deep enough for them to be convinced. Close to 3 inches! That practically a huge gaping hole in the mattress. Clearly, this company has bad products and I dont see why Im forced to buy from them again. This has been the single most tormenting experience for my husband and me. We sleep poorly, wake up with body pain and all because we were foolish enough to buy from some fly by night place in Deerfield Beach called Mattress Depot thinking the 80% discount was going to be a good deal. I suggest that no one ever buys a Mattress Depot - ever!!!. This company has BAD WORK ETHICS AND BAD PRODUCTS. They are stealing from hardworking Americans!
