When it comes to pricing they’re very fair and you never feel like you were taken. When it’s a problem that could take a few days they always call and update you. I was very satisfied with the job that they completed. Rich, Rob, Ted, and Dana are great guys and very professional and they will always get my business!

Deerfield Auto is unbelievably good. They are people whom you can trust to give a truthful evaluation of your vehicles needs and then to service them in an extremely professional, cost-effective and timely way. I first used them when my long- time car dealer recommended $5,025 in work and, for the first time, I sought a second opinion. Deerfield Auto reviewed each of the recommendations and, after examining the vehicle, advised me that NONE of the work recommended by the dealer was needed. In short, in that one visit they literally saved me thousands of dollars. In my subsequent visits there for oil changes, air filter change, freon for the air conditioner, chipmunk damage to wiring, etc their service has consistently been terrific and their charges reasonable. These are people who I feel I can trust to look after my interests. They seem to try to put themselves in the customers shoes and determine what the best, most cost-effective course of action is. This is truly the best firm I have ever dealt with.

Had a great experience of having wheels on my car balanced. Mechanic is very helpful and attentive. After the work was done, he explained in detail what was wrong with unbalanced wheels. Definitely the kind of mechanic you keep going to after first time.

Last week I had some work done on my car. They replaced a couple pieces on the breaking system, and a wheel bearing, while it wasnt an inexpensive endeavor, they did the work pretty quickly and got me driving home as usual. However a sound I thought would be fixed was even worse then before. Today when I took the car in, they replaced the second wheel bearing. After I mentioned that they had everything apart previously and they hadnt caught the issue (which I hadnt realized was there either), they wanted to do right by me and agreed to install the new part and not charge me for the labor. I appreciate their honesty and their willingness to work with me. I thought the whole thing was a rather fair process and I would trust them with my car again.

These guys are great. Ive gotten my Jeep worked on with an aftermarket lift and theyve helped me on so many issues that have came up. Needed a driveshaft removed, done. Needed new shocks and an oil change, done. Honestly if you need your work done on your car, they guys are very knowledgeable and are really great at thier job. Also the model airplanes and trains in the lobby are cool to look at as well. Highly recommend going to them!

Brought my tire in for a patch, when I picked it up it was missing the air cap for the tire, patch started slowly leaking a few weeks after the repair and found out they miss placed my wheel key nut lock. So cant recommend.

Rich and Ted have been repairing our cars (Toyotas, Ford, and a horrible Chevy) since 1985. Always honest, they have fixed our cars and charged almost nothing when we thought the potential repairs would be expensive.
