What a gem for our community! They printed custom invitations and thank you notes for our family event at a reasonable price and with friendly, speedy service. While everyone we met at Minuteman was helpful, we spent most of our time with Graphic Designer Mike, who was incredibly patient with us as we worked to get everything just to our liking. BS”DWords cannot truly express the amazing work that Brian Shefveland, owner of Minuteman Press in Deerfield provides. Our organization Hinda Institute was to have a full-fledged event. We had everything in place – or so we thought. As a result of COVID 19, we had to start from scratch and needed to find a printing place that was up and running. A friend of our organization suggested MinuteMan Press in Deerfield. Little did we know how important this would be.Not only did Minuteman Press provide competitive pricing for color and black & white printing. They also were able to print a close to 125 page book for us. We were under a lot of pressure to have the printing done as well as send out a bulk mailing to over 700 people. Minuteman Press went above and beyond to have everything done on time.But that is not the end of the project. Owner Brian Shefveland found out that he had to deliver the bulk mailing downtown -which was quite unexpected. There were absolutely no complaints on Brian’s part. Brian was extremely graciously, personally going out of his way to make the drive from Deerfield to the downtown Chicago Post Office. The post office accepted the order, and everything seems to be in place until the post office called to say a number of details had to be changed – even though earlier they said everything was correct.After many, many phones to which Brian always picked up the call and took time --from whatever he was doing --to make sure our mailing was corrected. Every time I had to call, I was given the MOST pleasant response, advice and direction. Every step of the way was done with top notch professionalism, an abundant amount of courtesy and patience together with a true desire to get the job done right, no matter how many outside determents would arise.I as began this review, no words can fully describe the quality of Brian’s amazing service and genuine concern to provide the ultimate in customer satisfaction.
