Great experience. Everything from picking out carpet to installation went quickly and efficiently. When carpet arrived sooner than expected they pushed up installation date so we are enjoying it several weeks earlier than expected.

Installation team showed up on time. Old carpet and tile flooring was removed and replaced with beautiful new LVT. An important part of this job was removing and reinstalling the toilet, if this task had not been completed correctly there was a potential of damaging a newly remodeled bathroom on the first floor. I was very please with the work of the team. All old flooring materials were removed and the work area was left spotless. I would definitely use Luna again.

It was a pleasure working with Karen Guccione at the Luna Flooring Gallery of Deerfield. She was very helpful in assisting us in finding the perfect carpet for a runner that we were installing on the wood stairs in our home. Since we were readying the house for my upcoming knee surgery, we needed a safe, well-padded, attractive carpet that would also give our stairs an updated look.Given the pattern of the carpet, we were concerned about how it would be cut to accommodate the angles at the bottom of the stairs.Well, we are absolutely thrilled with the completed project. Karen had arranged for Mike to make the pattern and then install the carpet the following day, making sure we had the installation well in advance of my surgery. Mike was extremely precise and took his time to ensure that the pattern was well-matched on every stair. A big thank-you to Karen, Mike and Luna Flooring.

We have purchased carpet from Luna 3 times and the service and quality we have received deserves 5*. The installers are always super nice and professional and Ken in the Deerfield store was super helpful in helping us pick the right carpet.

Terrible experience with Luna. Salesman was pushy. It was WAY overpriced. I cancelled the order per the contract. And I have called into customer service for confirmation of cancellation only to receive NO followup. I called in to check on it and they said cancellation is pending so its in the process of being cancelled. They do not have a direct email or phone number to reach anyone. Its been over a month and I still have not received my $2000 deposit refund. When I call, I am told someone will call me back, which they dont. Supposedly they have a message into management about my refund. Again with no direct communication options and no accountability on their end for my refund. This is TOO large of a company to run customer service like this.

Luna Carpet is an absolute fraud! I purchased my brand new flooring through this company on February of 2020. After a couple months, I noticed that a SMALL portion of the floors integrity was comprised. I attempted to reach out to customer service on multiple occasions to have my investment replaced or repaired (As it falls under the two warranty they proudly advertise). Not only was I informed that my ENTIRE floor would need to be replaced, I was also informed that I personally was expected to cover ALL of the expenses! What about the alleged TWO year warranty? Management and the customer service were certainly not courteous or helpful during this manner. Once the floor is installed, they do not value their customers! Do not trust this company! $10,000 absolutely WASTED!

I went to Luna in Deerfield, IL after a couple local carpet places because I wasnt getting the service I expected. Their service was excellent, their employees from the salesman to scheduling lady to the installers were excellent and professional. We love the carpet we got and are very satisfied. I would suggest them to anyone!

They got me 8 samples from the manufacturers. Ruben installer did a great job & figured out how to deal with a problem in my concrete. they didnt make a mess, done ON TIME, excellent work. Will definitely use them for all my clients.

Couldnt have been easier. got exactly what I wanted at a great price. Install was effortless and well planned.

We had carpet installed a little over a year ago in our bedroom and it is already starting to show wear right inside the door and right outside the door from our bathroom. We also had them install LVP flooring in the basement because it was waterproof if we ever took on water. After installation, we noticed multiple spots where the floor sounded hollow when walked on. We called to ask them to fix it and the owner showed up and was very defensive saying that it is normal. If I would have know that was normal, I wouldnt have that installed. It cheapens the house. Not going back

After my basement flooded, I needed a covering that was low to no maintenance and was durable. Ken suggested vinyl flooring that looked like wood planks. The installation was perfect and my new floor looks great. From sale to service, excellent job all around.

Awful service. They cancelled on us twice. Stay away or youll have months and months without your floor.

HORRIBLE customer service!!!at the day of the installation I got charge $495 extra that he salesman forgot to put down at the day of the deal.Im traying to dispute the charge and they keep telling me that the will call me in 24hrs and those 24hrs NEVER come, it has been 120hrs and NO CALL, NO NOTHING!!!!

Im giving 5 stars for installation. I was very pleased with the installation. Guys were extremely polite, and exceptionally hard working. Very clean. They left my room looking beautiful. Marco is one of two guys, before they left made sure to look into every detail, and made sure we were completely happy and satisfied with our installation experience.

We worked with Karen in the Luna store and communicated with Mack for the installation. We are beyond please with the service provided and the end product. The installation team was great and Primo, who installed the carpeting on the stairs, did a phenomenal job!

Great service, excellent carpet layers.. would be a 4 or 5 but factory shorted carpet and the installers had to come back the next week to finish the stairs.

We loved Luna, they gave us excellent recommendations and great pricing. We originally tried a smaller store here in the city, however the estimate seemed so inflated. And it turns out, they recommended carpet that would have been both expensive and terrible suggestions for location in the house. Plus the installer Luna sent over was so great and fast. We loved the experience!

They came out to measure very quickly and the installation was about 2 weeks later. Installers were friendly, neat and efficient. I would totally recommend Luna to others.

Luna was simply excellent in all respects. Their products are first rate, their prices are very fair and their installation was excellent. We had one small problem for which they promptly took full responsibility and corrected. We have used Luna before and they will be our first choice in the future.

Buy carpet from Luna in Deerfield from Karen. She made buying carpeting very simple. This is the second time I bought carpet from Karen. Karen makes carpet buying at Luna so easy. This why I came back to her and Luna in Deerfield.Also Karen made me and my mom feel at home while buying carpet for my master bedroom. Which turned outGreat.

The sales rep quoted me a price that included work to level the floor. When the installers came for the install, I was told that it was not possible and that the cost associated with leveling would be reimbursed. It has been over a month since the install occurred and I get different answers every time I call to ask. This issue is still unresolved.

The installation service is good. Post sales service is very pathetic. I have made lot of calls in last 6 months. they will talk nicely with assurance of call back. So far I have not received any call back.

I shopped at Luna Carpet in Deerfield for an 8 x 10 custom rug. Rob was very helpful to assist me with narrowing down my carpet search and finding the right samples to take home. Upon my decision, Craig from Luna, contacted me within 3 weeks to schedule delivery and was super friendly. The on-site delivery men were on-time, and did a great job at installing the rug in my master bedroom. The Carpet itself is high quality.

Wanted to buy carpet and have it installed. I picked it out and they gave me a price. After measuring and when they wrote up the order it was approximately $150 more even tho all specs were the same. Because of that I shopped around and found it from another carpet store for the price Luna had original quoted. I guess it pays to shop around.

I was referred to Larry Melendez the General Manager of the Deerfield location by my neice who had worked with Larry the previous month. Larry was very professional and helped advise my wife and I to the perfect carpeting for our needs. FYI, I was in the carpeting business years ago and much has changed in regards of material and construction. His measurements were spot on with very little waste, ie; 3 peices about 18x 24. This installers were very polite and very careful moving furniture around. They did a fantastic job installing the carpet with the seamed areas invisible. They cleaned up everything and took all the old carpet and pad with them ( side note, after taking up the old carpet which was 25 years old, they swept up the concrete floor and vacuumed up any debris and dust prior to new install.) I highly recommend Larry and his incredible crew at Luna in Deerfield IL. I cant possibly express how pleased we were from start to finish. Thank you Larry....Bravo!

Experience was really bad. The floor itself and the installation have been good, but the communication and coordination of the whole project was very bad. No real updates, you have to call them the whole time. Timelines not realized. I would not recommend to work with them.

A long over due thank you to Larry Mendoza and the folks at Luna Flooring in Deerfield, IL. Larry was responsive; hung in there with us waiting for our condo board to approve the scope of the project (took them 14 days to approve!!!). And our installers ran into some problems with subfloor; they took care of the matter and kept us informed. We were extremely pleased with the service. I had an outstanding sales experience purchasing my new carpeting at Luna in Deerfield I spoke with Karen, she showed me some samples and I found one I liked. She offered to cone to my condo to confirm my measurements the next day...I did not have to wait for installers to come and measure.The 2 installers called 30 minutes prior to arriving and they did an outstanding job. They left everything clean and there were no mistakes.I never went anywhere else for comparison ahopping. I highly recommend Luna in Deerfield for new carpeting or flooring.

It has a decent selection, but pricing is high and quotes they have had long lead times. I have seen a few installs and they were done well.

I got suckered in by their schemes and lies a couple years ago. Paid for their top dollar carpet paid all this extra for lifetime warranty against frays and tearing. Was told no matter what I would be covered. Stairway is fraying now. I called. Oh sorry thats not covered! Scam! Stay away!!!!!

Luna had excellent choices of carpeting and they work very hard in taking care of all our questions. The carpet installers also did a great job.

After years of seeing the Luna ads on TV, I now understand why they have been successful in the Chicago area. They just do carpet and flooring, so they do it well and have their own installers. We had water damage in our house and decided to finally replace the original carpet in our home. My wife and I went to the home improvement stores, but my take is they really don’t specifically focus on carpeting and the selection is limited. If you haven’t replaced carpet, it involves getting everything on your floors moved out of the way (into the basement, storage or other rooms) and it is a daunting task. We went into the Luna store in Deerfield and immediately Ken Bura was able to ask the right questions and help us navigate through a huge selection of carpet options. Smartstrand is a new DuPont carpet that is unbelievably resistant to stains and essentially the successor to “Stainmaster,” which was the gold standard in the industry for years. Ken was able to narrow or selection quickly and gave us a sample board to take home. Once we made our choice, with a pet-resistant pad and plush carpet, Ken took care of everything. What was surprising to me was the final cost was $2,000 less than what we priced at all the other stores. The installation was fantastic. That is all those installers do and they even moved our bed and side tables to another room and back so we were able to sleep in our own bed that night. The installation was clean and the guys were great. In general, I like to buy services from local companies that focus on one thing and have 15-30 years in the business.(you wouldn’t go to a generalist for knee replacement).If you are looking at a decision on carpet, I strongly recommend Luna and ask for Ken.

Very poor customer service. They tried to pull the installers off of our job to appease some realtor that had a showing that night & needed carpet put in his listing after we had already been waiting a week to have the carpet installed. NOT GOING BACK TO LUNA AGAIN. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Reschedule for 9-6-14 between 2-5pm when my 17yr. old son would be home. Explained that would be only acceptable time.9-6-14 Luna delivers 9 boxes material at 7:45am when only my 13 yr. old daughter is home!!!!!9-8-14 1st installation date: Installers arrive and DEMO existing carpet. Once hardwood boxes are opened we find the material is 70% 12-14 pieces, damaged and defective.9-10-14 Luna picks up defective material, 2nd installation date is scheduled for 9-17-14. Carpet installation has to be cancelled for today as well.9-16-14 Luna delivers 3 boxes of hardwood flooring9-17-14 2nd Installation date: While waiting for installers scheduled to be here between 12-2pm, I call Luna to either get credit for 6 boxes as cost of job must be based on amount of material needed or they are short boxes. Customer service cannot put together that 1 box=28sq. ft. and job is 302 sq. ft. so 3x28=84sq. ft. of material wont be enough. Manager states she need to wait for installers. Installers call and assure me they will be to my home by 3:30pm. Installers arrive at 5pm not wanting to begin the job. I show them the material, they concur...not enough. Installers call manager. Manager calls me to say, theres not enough material. LUNE-Y-TUNE COMPANY!!!9-18-14 Luna calls to confirm carpet installation. I have to explain to THEM that carpet cannot be laid until hardwood is installed. No other calls regarding hardwood floor.9-19-14 No calls from Luna regarding hardwood floor material/installation. I call company but they dont know when material will be in.9-23-14 Luna calls to schedule delivery/installation dates. 9-30-14 hardwood to be delivered-requested am delivery. 10-1-14 hardwood installation for am, carpet for pm.9-30-14 Luna calls stating delivery will be between 12-4pm! I called Luna back and explained AGAIN that I was leaving by 12:30pm and it needed to be delivered by then. They confirm delivery will arrive before 12pm. Delivery arrived at 12:15pm, I inspected boxes before accepting, but this made me late for my appointment. Later I get a call confirming installation for 10-2-14. DID YOU CATCH THAT? Look above, what date did I schedule? So I call customer service and they cannot tell me what they have on their schedule and that it might be a glitch but that I would get a call tomorrow (installation date) when that department was in.10-1-14 Luna call re: carpet installation for today, but no mention of hardwood installation. I call Luna and am told hardwood installation would be between 9-11am. Hardwood installers did not arrive until 10am. Carpet was scheduled for 1pm but got confirmation that they would be here between 11-1pm. DID YOU CATCH THAT? How was THAT going to happen? Anyway, INSTALLERS notify me that there is not enough material as floor must be laid on a DIAGONAL. These are the 3rd installers in my home plus the sales person and this is the first they realize this and that more material is needed????Carpet installers are on their way....haha. LUNA did not inform them that job was a no-go so they cant lay the carpet.COUNT HOW MANY DAYS OFF OF WORK I HAVE TAKEN:1. Delivery of material2. Installation date 9-8-143. Defective material pickup4. Delivery of material (only 3 boxes)5. Installation date 9-17-14 for hardwood6. Installation date of 9-18-14 for carpet7. Delivery of material (additional 6 boxes) 9-30-148. Installation date 10-1-149. Delivery of additional material for diagonal10. 4th Installation date#9 and #10 are not happeningAND THERES STILL NOT ENOUGH MATERIAL AND THE JOB ISNT DONE!!!
