I have had 2 incredible experiences at this location. Dealing with upgrading my phone, transferring things over, helping with any questions I have about my products. I would highly recommend using this location and ask for Mihai. He is helpful, nice and patient! He doesn’t rush you out the door or rush you to get to the next customer. He will take care of all your phone needs!

I dreadfully walked in needing a new phone expecting to be $500-$1000 out of pocket with someone selling me options I dont really need. Was I was wrong. George was great. He was patient, informative, explaining the options and told me about a great deal which I took advantage of and walked out paying much less than I would ever imagined with a phone that I like and is great for me.

I’ve worked with George 3 visits. I’d go no where else for honesty patience and personal attention. ( treats you like a human) and clarity in options so I can make an informed choice. I’ve bought 3 devices, accessories and did plan changes with confidence. It’s a 38 minute drive for me but it’s worth it. I don’t leave feeling skeptical as happens w other mobile service transactions. I trust him. AMAZING!

Mihai was amazing and helped me solve my issue in less than a minute when I was previously on hold for an hour with an agent who could not help me. The digital chat agent was hard to communicate with the wait time between messages! Mihai was completely professional, helpful and not pushy but very thorough with informing me of how I was on the correct plan. Very nice store, clean, helpful and convenient!!

This service at this store is beyond fantastic! When I went in to buy a new phone, George waited on me immediately. He was very concerned about the condition of my iPhone and went out of his way to make sure I could get the newest version the next day. He was opening at 8 a.m. the next day and said I could meet him there, that he would have everything ready for me and he did! He even went out to my car with me to make sure everything worked correctly. I will definitely go back there and I highly recommend this location!!!

I switched to an iPhone yesterday, Mihai was a great help. He made sure important information from my Android carried over to my iPhone. I returned to the store today to get my Kakoa Chat account setup and was helped by Matthew, who was great with making sure all my info was updated, passwords changed, and restored all my previous info onto the iPhone. I appreciate the time the both of them took to help me and make sure my transition from Android to iPhone was easy and hassle free!

Without a doubt the best customer service anywhere. Yes, I mean anywhere. Steve, the store manager spent a considerable amount of time reviewing the different options for upgrades concerning my account. He was completely professional, compassionate and truly cared that I was satisfied. Steve even called my wife, while I was in the store and did FaceTime with her so that she too felt comfortable with the changes. He is an asset to Verizon and the store he represents. In this day of fierce competition, Steve makes choosing Verizon the absolute reason to have Verizon as your service carrier.

I went into Verizon wanting a new iPhone and George did an amazing job showing me the options available for me. I ended up leaving with an iPhone 11 Pro and was very satisfied with both the phone and the customer service.

What a great place for customer service and help! When I walked into the business I was greeted by Jen with a smile and willingness to help. I explained the issues I was having with my phone to her and she jumped in to help me right away! We got the issues resolved and discussed options should the issues come up again! This store uses predatory sales practices . My elderly in-laws were having trouble with their Samsung Note 10 which is only 6 months old. It was locked out after an update. Instead of assisting them with the issue, they tried to sell them a new phone. Previously they went in to inquire about an insurance claim due to a cracked screen and instead fast talked them in to 2 new phones. One of the phones they took for “trade in” was a perfectly good iPhone 6. I tried to get the phone back the next day but it had already been sent in. Go to a corporate Verizon store if you don’t want to be cheated by these predators.

I usually don’t take my time writing reviews, but this time I just have to. I had issues with my phone and Mihai helped me figure out the problems. He was very patient and helpful. The customer service that I was provided was great. The store has a great atmosphere, I loved it. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I recently needed to get an inherited Verizon phone unlocked to use with another carrier. I worked with Jackie and Ivery for over an hour - they were extremely helpful, but the Verizon folks on the phone were not (they continued to insist that the phone was already unlocked, when it was not). Since we didnt succeed they suggested coming back in the morning, when Alex and Mihai were on duty. After continuing to navigate through folks on the phone we finally got to the tech who could help. Even though this didnt mean a sale for them, all four reps were incredible. If you are in the area and are going with Verizon, check out GoWireless on Milwaukee Road in Deerfield - they will treat you great!

GO TO VERIZON CORPORATE STORE THEN AUTHORISED RETAILER. SCAM!I went to store to purchase pixel 3A but store manager Alex forced me to buy Samsung Tablet A. Inspite of me telling them I dont need the tablet because there may be some hidden charges. I checked the bill online there was a new contract added with 149$ I need pay for 24 months. I called customer care to check it conand they confirmed it is under contract and I have to take responsibility to pay the complete price. If not I need to return the table to store within 14 days . When I return the tablet to store they charged me 35$ restocking fees. Why do I need to pay restocking fee for tablet which I never wanted to buy.I read about this online later many retailer scam customer because after 14 days customer cannot return the product to store. And if you return within 14 days they will charge 35$ as restocking fee. In both the way it is gain for retailer.

Bought Pixel3 paying retail price out of pocket. Verizon bill coming to me next contained upgrade fee (due to payment plan for 25 cents) and mobile protection plan (that i didnt request and that appeared due to glitch in the system). Verizon removed all these charges but these shouldnt have appeared in the system to begin with..

These people do not know a thing about customer service. They are very incompetent. Do not shop here, go to a verizon owned location. Mihai the assistant manager, the store manager, as well as the district manager have no idea how to run a retail business.
