What a wonderful and creative idea to have an eatable bouquet! I brought this to my dads home on Fathers Day. Everyone loved it. It tasted as good as it looked. Juicy and sweet fruit. I was happy with the fantastic customer services and yummy product. Thanks!!

If it were possible to give less than 1 star I would. This place has horrible customer service!The gentleman answering the phone was rude. I asked to speak to the manager and she was not helpful. They basically said that they are to busy to accept orders or accommodate customers. I noticed that they have poor reviews but thought I would try anyway. Well believe the reviews they are terrible and in need of customer service training and manners.

This location has the worst customer service. I placed an on line order and I received a call from the store saying my order could not be completed due to them closing. The hours of operation online says 9am-5pm, they called me at 2:31pm. My order was paid for online, now they’re saying it’s going to take up to 21 days to receive a refund because I paid using Apple Pay. Everyone at this location has an attitude including the manager if I was actually speaking to one. I will never patronize this location again.

Never had a problem with this location until today. Turns out I got a free box of chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday but I needed to buy an order of $29 and more. Which I did, however it somehow did not apply on my order when I placed it online. My order was done and I explained all this to the cashier. They couldn’t help me even though I told them I got the coupon code. They told me that I could use it If I place another order. But I wanted that order for today being that it was my birthday. In the end they couldn’t help me. Which was extremely upsetting. I have been coming here for quite a while but with this they just lost me as a customer. Please go somewhere else this location is not helpful whatsoever and they give attitude once you get there.

1st time using edible arrangements and last time, there was a small piece of hair inside our fruit basket which I got my for my wife’s birthday and a few of the fruit pieces didn’t even seem fresh or washed, very dissapointed after spending over $100, you would think you would get more for your buck apparently not

The only thing positive is that the strawberries were good. I ordered “ the best birthday ever” in size large for over $90. It was shown to have balloons and the pineapple slices were to be decorated like cupcakes. When it arrived, there were no balloons and the pineapple slices were not decorated like cupcakes. And, if this was the large size, I’d hate to see the smaller sizes. It looked like the regular size, not the large. I was so disappointed. I will never order from the Deerfield location again! I feel as if I was taken. I ordered this for my granddaughter’s birthday as part of her gift. It was a surprise since she knew the other part of her gift. The surprise was on my husband and me. They should be ashamed of themselves.

My spouse ordered this as a gift to our niece. They got it and it was spoiled. I found out that this store passed it on to another store to do the order. They did not refund me in full or offer to do anything else. The guy that was doing the refund was not intelligent at all and acted like he did not know what’s going on. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THIS COMPANY HAS NO PRODUCT GUARANTEE. WHAT A RIP OFF. WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. IT WILL RUIN YOUR DAY!!! THERE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FROM FAMILY AND FRIENDS, NOT CUSTOMERS.

I want to say that Ivan and the staff are very helpful.So I put an order for delivery in Chicago for Valentine’s Day. Unfortunately the location from Chicago that was delivering my arrangement couldn’t make it on the time. Im glad I purchase in this location because they were able to accommodate right away and change it for pick up instead...Thank you very much again

If I could give this place 0 stars we would. First of all, the basket arrived and was left by our front door in 90 degree temps. The chocolate melted and looks absolutely horrible. My phone number was on the card and no one called to check if I can open our door. I called the location and the rudest, most uncaring woman who works there answered. She said if I have a problem to call corporate. She was argumentative and so so rude. Seriously for how expensive this place is, I dont understand how they can treat you like that, and provide such low standard service.

Recommend this location. I have picked up couple times before meeting my clients. Just call the store ahead to schedule a pick-up time. So easy and convenient. The baskets are all made from scratch.

Drove from Des Plaines to Deerfield just to get the edible arrangement for my friend and I couldnt be any happier. The fruit was so sweet and fresh. The edible arrangement was beautiful too. Definetly recommend it.

So totally disappointed. I placed my order early in February for delivery on Valentines Day to TSC Great Lakes, which is a school (as I also stated in the order) The eddiable arangments website states that delivery to a school should be no later than 3pm.I called the store over 15 times to get a delivery status update only to recieve a voicemail that said the box was full. I then emailed the store and called their number again. They finally answered but hung up on me twice before I was finally able to get someone on the phone. It was after 5pm by this point and the lady that finally answered the phone said that my order wasnt even out for delivery. It is now almost 8pm in Great Lakes and the order still has NOT be delivered.
