Always fun and exciting even though short time to shop by arriving late. Staff was kind and just remarkabe finds. Always something great to but I find and always amazing sales. Definitely worth it.

I love this place! So many things to buy for all your hobby needs. One of my favorite stores to shop at for my model cars and home projects.

Hobby Lobby has wide selection to craft supplies as well as home decor. You can always get a 40% coupon. I love walking up and down the isles of crafts/art supplies getting inspired. I also like browsing the clearance section for any deals. There clearance section are usually somewhat organized that makes it worth my while to look.

Hobby lobby is one of my favorites for the sheer selection of goods. They always have sales and coupons but this specific location seemed to have limited numbers of inventory of some party items I needed. I had to visit another location to find the matching set. Slightly inconvenient. Otherwise Id definitely visit this location again.

Vast array of items for your crafts needs, parties and holiday gatherings. They always have a great display if items ( DIY as well as decorative) for every season! They even have crystal pendants!!!!! Lots of hidden treasures if you look!

This review is from my first visit to this location and I was impressed with the size of the store. There are a wide variety of items...I could easily lose myself in there for hours if I tried. Aisles were and sections were not labeled so it was difficult to guess which way I needed to walk towards to find the items on my list. Luckily it was easy to flag down an employee for directions. The one I flagged walked me over herself. Unfortunately, they dont carry clear contact paper which was an item on my shopping list so I am rating the store at 4 stars since it ended up not being a one-stop shop for my arts and crafting needs.

This store is always well stocked and such, but their check out process is PAINFUL. It always takes a least ten minutes, even if there is only one person in front of you! Ive also never seen a manger or higher up jump in here to help when register staff gets overwhelmed. Just a pain to go visit and, honestly, looks like a miserable place to work.

Hobby lobby is great for crafts and decor! Their paint/colored pencil/marker section is a bit subpar..

This store has the best discounts and items for any holiday season or room decor at great price and discounts!

Politics aside, I think its a better store than Michaels for a lot of things. Much bigger, better selection and I find a more helpful staff. Michaels has a few things they dont, but over all, Hobby Lobby has a much bigger and more varied selection. Prices are generally lower too.

Floors are marked by the registers. Aisles have arrows. There are no wipes for the carts, or sanitation stations for hands- so be sure to bring your own.

This is a great store for anyone into crafts, home goods, furniture, decorating, etc, etc. It has a ton of items to search for the perfect gift, decorations, you name it. They have good prices and even better sales! I recommend getting the app for your phone. Go once and you will be hooked forever.

Large selections of fabric in this store (its in the heart of the garment district, I love it. I be remember shopping here for fabrics, back here in the early 2000s ).

Customer service was awesome. There was only one cashier and she was wonderful and patience.

Ive not experienced slower checkout lines ever before... Its like all employees are required to take tranquilizers every hour or so...

Great help in the yarn dept and at check-out. Not enough yarn with matching die lots to make a big project, so I purchased yarns for smaller projects.

The selection is great, but the store is so overtly right-wing Christian that I just cant go back. Michaels has everything Hobby Lobby has, but without the in-your-face indoctrination part.

They have so many neat things you xant find elsewhere with various themes for any room design youre going for: pink princess room, military, movie room, man cave, super hero, etc. It wouldnt hurt them to have a good sale every once in a while.

Everyone are keep telling me since I have so many hobbies, including making personalized items, I should go to Hobby Lobby to buy my materials. I finally did. I compared most of things I needed to JoAnnes and eBay and Amazon but it was a better choice to purchase my materials from here. Friendly staff. Lower pricing and many options to choose from. Also if you wanna make this coasters in the picture, don’t buy any basswood thicker than 1/32 of an inch. And there are two types of 1/32, fragile one or strong one. Definitely buy the fragile one if you have little details like my pictures and add the string one on the bottom layers.The fragile one is easier to remove pieces from after cut.

I just heard that Hobby Lobby are closing their doors! Its absolutely ridiculous if Hobby Lobby is doing so!! There is no reason to. The prices are very competitive and they always have what I need! Shame on them for doing so! We need them to stay open not only for the products they carry but for the jobs they provide. Please dont close!

This store in Northbrook is stocked up for Christmas. Lots of goodies here for crafts. Aisles are wide, but there needs to be a sign for the washroom.
