Abysmal service and staff. Purchasd a home with windows installed by Nu-Concepts 15 years ago. One of the windows has a cracked seal so we called to have it replaced. We have paperwork from Nu-Concept showing they provide lifetime warranty against cracking. The staff presumed to tell me that the window was 15 years old and that paperwork was old and not valid. ITS A LIFETIME WARRANTY, why provide it if you don’t follow through on you own policy?!?! Unprofessional and rude, nothing like customer service should be.
