Shannon was friendly, super helpful, not at all pushy, and he answered all our questions. Overall a fantastic experience! And my new rower is great! I highly recommend this store. We will definitely go back.

I originally went into this business to buy a pair of adjustable dumbbells from power block. I actually found them on the Facebook marketplace, they were not on sale but in stock which was hard to find at the time. When I contacted Max he said that he will have them ready for me the next day when I got there.I showed up and went through the checkout process but at the end of the checkout process we could both realize that the prices have increased substantially without either of our knowledge. Max being the standup guy that he has told me that he would sell them to me at the price that he quoted me before I got to the store. It’s hard to find that type of service these days.As a direct result of his honest way of doing business I came back later that day and spend a lot of money on a brand new shiny Precor TRM661 treadmill. It was more than three times what we were planning on spending but I built up the trust and relationship with Max and quite frankly wanted to do business with him because I trust in him.I often buy a lot of things from amazon.com these days, but an experience like the one that I had today reminds me just how important specialty retailers like this actually are.

Such an excellent buying process, and delivery experience! I worked with Scott B. I originally came in looking to purchase a Hyrdrow rower, but was uncertain that I was making the right decision at that price point. Scott was happy to review the other options with me. He was NOT at all pushy, and encouraged me to take my time in determining the right product for me. If I had a question he didnt know the answer to- he found out and followed up right away!The delivery experience with Top FItness/Precor was seamless. The product arrived assembled, and in great condition. The delivery team gave me tips on how to fill the tank (I forgot the distilled water, otherwise they would have done it) with a simple funnel vs siphon. The delivery crew followed all safe COVID guidelines. Thanks, Scott and crew!

I was in the Deerfield store this Sunday. Heather A. helped me out and did an amazing job. I originally came in to take a 3 minute look at the functional trainers, but my informative conversation with Heather made it hard to leave. I think I was there almost an hour having a conversation about every possible fitness topic. We discussed functional trainers, heart rate monitors, interval training, optimal training, stretching, etc. Heather inspired me so much that I actually changed my workout for the first time in years. What a great job! This store not only has great exercise equipment. It also has very knowledgeable staff, which is a huge plus for beginners and advanced athletes. If youre in the market for fitness equipment, I would definitely come here. Pete H.

Matt at Precor Home Fitness was very helpful in guiding me to the treadmill that best fit my needs. I was able to trade in my old elliptical, arrange for its pick up and the treadmill delivery at the same time. I love my new machine. I’m on it almost every morning!
