So far so good. My drum teacher Mike Semerau has begun teaching there and theyve been very accommodating along with being enthusiastic in promoting drum lessons with such a good experienced teacher. Theyve provide a large room and a very comfortable setting. I definitely recommend.
Friendly and helpful staff. Very knowledgeable.
Inventory boasts hundreds of items... actual store has none of them
I visited on a Tuesday evening. Because the product I wanted was not in stock, I requested that it be ordered. I was informed the order would go out Thursday (as they are closed Wednesdays), and would take one week. I called the following Thursday (the anticipated delivery date) to check the status, and found out the order was never actually put through. I will not do business with a store which cannot handle such a simple process.
While this location doesnt specialize in guitar equipment like the sister store in Libertyville does, they did have a nice selection of beginner/intermediate guitars (both acoustic and electric) and a few cheaper amps. More suited to band/piano needs, but still very helpful and nice staff. More well rounded than the music store across the street, but not quite as much band specific as the other either.
Great staff. Very knowledgeable about many instruments. Im glad to have the music store so close to home.
Its so great that places like this still exist.
Great place for anything music related - buy or lease instruments, music lessons, etc.!
They are very helpful and kind!
Very helpful staff
Friendly folks, good teachers
