Brandon Bell was excellent! I Cannot say enough how he came to our rescue the day our Truck gave us problems! We were stranded without a vehicle and Brandon called a tow truck Got our truck right in and also had someone bring us a car to use in the meantime! The female service writer was just as polite and helpful as well and offered her help. They got our truck problem solved and fixed quickly. I am Always so happy with the courteous service at Estle Cadillac Chevrolet in Defiance. I’ve had great service there the last 14 years! Eric was easy to work with. There was no pressure, or run around. Eric was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were considering.He sent us firm numbers and options. The purchasing appointment was easy and quick.When shopping for our next vehicle we would talk to Eric again.

Ask for Eric Fellers. Opposite of what you expect from a car salesman. Cadillacs sell themselves, he just makes sure you both feel good about the deal.

Average dealership. Didnt even get a full tank of gas when I bought a used truck from them. I Got just enough gas to get down the road to a gas station. Salesmen where ok
