The flowers were okay. I order a spray for my grandmas funeral. It was so much smaller and was not as nice as in the picture on line. It was supposed to be an arch, there was no arch at all. I was very disappointed. My aunt ordered from here too. The arrangements were much smaller than they should’ve been. The ribbon that we paid extra for saying “grandma” was terribly wrinkled and the letters were coming off before the wake even began.

I’ve received a few arrangements from Glidden and I have never been disappointed. The flowers are always beautifully and have lasted up to two weeks! The pictures a shared are taken a week after I received the arrangements.

Had exactly the flowers I needed the minute I walked in. Greeted with immense hospitality and career for my budget and for what I wanted. Very lovely place for anything needed for a special occasion

The employees of Glidden were very helpful, polite and understanding. They prepared and delivered a wonderful arrangement for the funeral. Service could and creation could not have been better. Thank you.

Not happy with the arrangement I sent to my grandma. The woman I talked with on the phone seemed knowledgeable about the flowers (which is the reason Im giving two stars), but when I asked for a picture and an email receipt she told me they cant do that. And promised me that I would be happy with my order. (Then ranted about how all their customers are always happy ... she seemed a little too prideful). And when I got this picture from my mom, I felt so disappointed. Not what I was envisioning.And I dont have my order number because she said it very quickly -- didnt even ask if I was ready. And then got off the phone.

I stopped by Glidden Florist to conduct a roof inspection for them. I completed one small repair at no charge. In return they gave me over payment in the form of a beautiful flower arrangement. Ive used them for years and have always been more than satisfied. Thank you!

Yes our sister Terry recently passed away and I went to Glidden Florist to order casket flowers. Well we all were very happy with flowers.Deana was our Florst arranger and I told her the best I could what we wantedMy sister brother and families.well we certainly were not disappointed.Gorgeous Fall colors with hydrangeas red roses soft peach deep purple.very uplifting and artistically designed.Thankyou Glidden and Deanna .Never disappoint!

Jackie was able to get a beautifully full blooming Azalea plant for an open house within an hour! She promised within 2 1/2 hours but really outdid what was expected. I miss this crew and their talent and love to return for visits every year. Thank you again!

Great flowers and customer service! I decided to try a local company as most online flower sites are plagued with bad reviews. The flowers I ordered were amazing and I was very surprised with the quality. I would highly recommend using Glidden flowers before seeking else where for flower purchases. Make sure to check their delivery routes before you order.

I had on order for flowers sent for someones birthday scheduled for the 22nd. The flowers were delivered promptly on the 7th. Which is not the 22nd. I spoke to the owner of Glidden Florist about this clear mistake on their part, and he told me he was sorry. He did not ask how he could help, he did not ask if theres anyway he could fix this issue, he did not offer any compensation. When I order flowers for someone and attach a card telling them happy birthday, having them delivered on that persons birthday is sort of the most important detail.

As an owner of a flower shop, I can appreciate giving the designers their freedom to create something beautiful with little direction, and when my mother sent me a photo of her flowers she received today- I was thrilled! The customer service was on point and my parents even complimented the same thing with their delivery person. All around excellent and will call and order again from out of state! Cheers!

After a death in the immediate family we went to order flowers for the funeral. We were treated by the staff as though it was a bother to assist us. Extremely unsensitive to their customers! There are FAR better options in the local area!
