They always have amazing pieces especially the Krave freezable pipes. They have wall tapestries, ash trays, vape for dry and oil like the yocan pens, incense, bowl pieces, and a cigar room. They also have custom pieces like pickle Rick and a decent variety of characters. The bong prices for some are pretty up there but when you see them at 3 ft high you see why. Overall this is a good place to go, easy to get into a lot of parking and the employees are all nice and helpful.

I am a starter for rolling cigarette and the gentleman who assisted me today really have the time and patience to detailed to me the products that I need - tobacco and the filter (i am surprised of the many variations). Unfortunately, I haven’t purchased the electric cigarette roller since it is expensive and I hope that someday it will have an available price option. I went in 6/13/2020 I came all the way from Aurora, a 30 min drive just to get treated and rushed out the store. I understand I came in the last 15 min of your day. Still no excuse to tell me you didn’t want to answer my questions about a product. That I was going to buy. You guys have better selection (of nectar collectors) than the shops out in aurora. But I will not go out my way ever to go to this store. And it’s sad cause I’m going to end up buying the stuff online rather than this store. About 100-200 dollars of glass smh

Ive been here maybe four times since March and not once have I seen a single employee wearing a mask. Absolute disgrace.Also, did you know that youre not supposed to vape nicotine salts with coils under 1ohm? Hope you like to read warning labels, because nobody working here is going to help you figure it out

Logan is knowledgeable, helpful, very friendly, and we trust him completely.Will be honest, we tried the two other places in Sycamore (by HyVee), didnt get the same treatment.Well be back.

Be advised...Many of the reviews on here are from the owners of this business. Two reviews of the same name (Moe Frehat) posted five-star reviews. That same person either works or had worked there because my husband dealt with him. If you look at many of the reviews, they have few reviews and all within a short amount of time. Those are fake accounts!

10/21/19- I DID RETURN THE ITEMS WITHIN 3 HOURS. Again, this was AFTER I asked your employee if I could return them BEFORE purchasing them and I did come back 3-4 hours later with my debit card receipt & and he ran my card to do a return but the money was never actually returned! So I’m sorry but you are wrong, because I was told I could return it, I did within a few hours and I was overcharged for incense which again I am a regular customer so I’m aware of the price packages but I double checked anyway. So you owe me $97.15 for the merchandise I was told I could return, overcharged & then returned way before 48 hours. I also never yelled, never said anything about a police report or asked where the employee was from. I asked for his name so I could tell the owner and he refused to tell me. He was being so incredibly rude to me even though I STILL purchased cigarettes and the girl with me was planning on starting to buy a specific product your store offers but because of his hostile nature she decided not to buy it and told me to let her know what happens so she knows whether or not to become a customer so you not only are losing a regular customer but also new business & finally, I never once yelled, I had to try and speak loud enough for your employee to hear me because he was telling us to leave, refusing to give me a refund when I repeatedly showed him my bank statement that YOUR STORE AND EMPLOYEE charged my card but never actually refunded it and I’m assuming that is due to lack of training. So when “Z” accused me of yelling, which was VERY offensive and again was humiliating myself and my friend in front of other customers, so I said I’m not sure what you consider telling but I am not yelling and then he called me a racist!!! That employee bluntly asked if the other employee I dealt with was white. That is racist. You wrote to another review there is a NO HASSLE RETURN POLICY SO WHY HAVE I BEEN HASSLED TWICE? If I am not refunded for merchandise I returned with the receipt then I guess I have no choice but to file a complaint with the BBB, and let my neighbors whom are both Dekalb county sheriffs know that your business stole from me.

For those of you who need help choosing or maintaining a vape this is the shop for you. The young men who manage this shop are knowledgeable and were willing to take the time to answer my questions. I have had occasion to return with questions. They were just as helpful.

I’m giving it two stars because it’s close, I’ve been in the store a few times. They actually were ignoring me, like the guy was helping me, then walked away and started helping others. The last time I went I bought a non rechargeable throw away tobacco stick. I hadn’t used it the whole day and I started using it and it went out, not even 24 hrs. I called the man he stated they don’t give refunds after 24 hrs, I bought the item the night before. The worker seemed unbothered and said they couldn’t do anything. 24 hour return?

If you make a mistake I shouldnt have to be the one to pay extra for it.

Overpriced compared to better smoke shops in the same area. Not a great selection or variety in products. The employees were too cool to talk to me, it felt like highschool all over again. Never going back.

Products are overpriced compared to other local shops. The guy with the long hair who was working (11/10/2019) was unpleasant and reluctant to show me things even though I was there trying to make a purchase. He was incredibly uniformed about the majority of the products and treated me like a nuisance. I highly advise anyone to spend their money elsewhere and if you are looking for glass pipes check out DHgate and you can find the majority of the stuff they are selling for 1/4 the price

Very disappointed with products and service. A guy who works there made me cry when he refused to accept my return despite acknowledging that the store intentionally sold me the wrong product after I specified what I wanted. Every vape battery I have bought there stopped working after about two weeks. I’ve spent my last time here. My Water pipe from there had decals chipping off in a matter of days. Never had these problems with old management. Very upset and angry that I feel as if they took my money and sold me faulty products. ONLY GO HERE IF YOUD LIKE TO BE RIPPED OFF.

WOW!!!

I waited for about 10 minutes. One guy walked past me and looked at me directly and didn’t help me. I guess he was too busy. When he finally came over to me he was rude. I asked a question and he snapped the answer back at me with only a yes or no.
