Dont do their pick up service if you are reliant on it due to quarantine. The first 2 times I did it were okay but needed more stuff today and after 4+ hours without a real explanation they canceled the entire order. Now I have to spend more money wait 4 more hours and drive across town to Hyvee. It stinks because I still have to stop at Walgreens for my Rx so now 2 trips.

Manager was very rude!! Telling me well not she was yelling at me, even pulled down her mask to yell. Telling me she wanted to go home that it was closing time! If you close and want to go home as soon as its time, then they should close at 950 and tell costumers they are closed. She is a rude person and shouldnt even be a manager if she doesnt want to deal with costumers. SHE IS NOT A GOOD PEOPLE PERSON!!!!

I go there for my prescriptions and the team is always professional and caring! Other staff members are really nice also! There are times I witnessed a customer cuss at the pharmacy team and they were able to de escalate and provide them with answers and the customer ended up apologizing and left! Amazing place!

Had a pretty basic mix-up with a prescription. Finally getting to the root of the issue 3 hours later with us paying for an input mistake by the pharmacy and feeling like we were handled as an obstacle rather than a customer. Take your business elsewhere.

Patronize ANY location but this one. TRUST me when I say— No amount of convenience would be worth dealing with the lack of respect this location has for their customers.

Decent deals here the staff could use some manners I waited in front of the FedEx office for about five minutes too long waiting for anybody to show up or look at me or ask if I need help theres no sign hey Im on break or Im away the staff just stares at you.

I ordered something online to pickup in store here, I was really excited about the item but they called and said it wasnt actually in stock. The website still shows it being in stock at the store.

Dont ask the pharmacist any annoying questions-- he will refuse to serve you. Perhaps he doesnt like your looks; perhaps he doesnt think you deserve an answer, or perhaps he is too busy to bother with you. He doesnt even have to tell you the reason. He will simply ask you to leave. This practice is perfectly fine according to Walgreens management. You can be humiliated in front of your neighbors in the town where you live by a Walgreens employee, and that is A-OK with Walgreens.

Rachel was really nice and friendly. She always asked us if we needed help and showed us where things where. Generally great person!

Its all on one level. The bathroom can be a little hard to find if you havent been there before. Some of the prices are higher than the grocery stores that carries similar merchandise but if you live in the area and have to make a quick trip to a store for something the convenience of the location is nice.

Thank you to all the pharmacists and staff that are putting our health above their own by keeping their doors open and completing our medical needs during this virus pandemic. You are the true heroes and we are so grateful for you.

1 Star is actually very generous. I was talking to customer service and the lady was VERY rude and cut the conversation short and hung up on me.

This Walgreens is fithly. I was there ordering pictures. Took a seat and was afraid to touch anything. I took a look around me and noticed garbage / papers in the isles and under shelves. And where the counters meet the floor was what seemed to be years of accumulating dirt. And the counter tops were full of clutter. The screens on the photo computers were disgusting. Like theyve never been wiped or cleaned. I hurried to order just a few of the many pictures I wanted printed out and promptly went to the pharmacy area to see if they had any hand sanitizer. Thank goodness they did. I noticed the pharmacy area was also filthy. I couldnt wait to get out of that store. Come on Walgreens! Clean up your store!
