Took well over a month to get my vehicle back and they didnt check wheel assembly on my vehicle or have a alignment done after hitting a deer, was not contacted tut ed the entire time they had the vehicle I had to call them to get any info which usually took a day or two before i called them back, just over all terrible service.

It is a hassle to be in an accident no matter how you look at it as it interferes with your day to day life. We are new in Del Rio and were hit as we were driving on Kings Way, not our fault; but the car stilled needed to be repaired. I did a google search and came across Procare Collision. George and Damion were awesome. They took a lot of the headache out of situation. We got our car to them and they dealt with the other drivers insurance company, made sure we had our rental car for the right length of time. They went to extra mile to make it as painless as possible. Our car is fixed and looks brand new and beautiful. George and the crew at Procare do great work. They were professional and listened to my concerns in correcting some issues I had on a repair done elsewhere.

Terrible body work didnt bother buffing it or cleaning up sanded area or washing it...windows scratched...wheels have over spary where they didnt cover them up and they broke inside drivers side panel and parts were missing very bad work and customer service
