The warranties are not honored. I purchase an item and needed to honore d my warranty and they did not have same item only the most expensive ones and needed to pay like buying at full price because mine were not same .

Best place for any parts,i went to get a battery, they checked then charged it,but no luck but it last me 7 years, so I know Im asking for too much, but those guys treat me right,good customer service!!

Outstanding service

I normally have good experiences with auto zone. This location is friendly and will help you out but do not try and order something with them. They have no idea what they are ordering even if you tell them plainly what you need. For me they ordered passenger side part even though I told them I needed the drivers side and then they told me it would get here the next day and by surprise their distribution center is shutdown for inventory on the day of delivery.

The guy at the counter told my husband he could not come in with out a mask even after the mask mandate was lifted

Great customer service the clerk even put my wipers on instantly.

I bought a set of wipers for my vehicle. I didnt realize there was a cap for the wipers, so I thought they didnt fit. The attendant went out to install the wipers. While installing the wipers, the attendant forced the driver side wiper blade against the hood and damaged the clear bra, along with scuffing the paint underneath. When I confronted the attendant about the situation, he didnt know what a clear bra was and appeared apathetic and couldnt be bothered.
