Horrible employees and very unprofessional assistance. Be warned dont let them give you a bag, theres a $.15 charge that is not mentioned!!! Not ever going back there for hair products or at least when Erika is not working!!!!

The manager scolded a new employee for not making enough sales loud enough for customers to hear. She said a slow day is no excuse for not meeting sales goals, its your responsibility for about 15 minutes straight.Then after all that, they wouldnt price match a products price on their own website.Or take a return that sallys corporate phone line told me was valid.

Just came from there!!! I bought a few things and the young lady handed me my items and I asked her could you please put it in a bag, she said that would be extra...oh my God!! humans have gotten so greedy!!! I canceled my transaction, they can keep the merchandise for all I care!!! I will NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN 😡
