The store is extremely clean and organized. The pretty lady I think her name was Ruth was very helpful very professional a multitask Employee. Very impressive.

Was a 5 minute wait but worth going too for some things on the run.

I had NEVER had a bad experience, until yesterday. I accompanied my mother to this store. The manager, Ruth Martinez, was the cashier. My mother was using her account for coupons. I asked the lady if all coupons had applied. She responded by saying “well you’re already saving a lot”. I asked her again how many coupons had applied. She responded again by saying “I don’t know how much cheaper you want it, you’re already saving a lot“. I told her I had made the same purchase yesterday with the same items, and I just wanted to know if all coupons had applied to the items. She began saying that I can only have two accounts and I can’t be using more than two. She said I can only use mine and my mate’s account. Her tone and comment made me feel as if I was doing something wrong or illegal! Mind you, my mom was the person purchasing the items for HERSELF AND FOR HER HOUSEHOLD. I told her I had only made ONE purchase from my ONLY account the day prior, which I didn’t even have to bother giving an explanation to this lady. I found this EXTREMELY rude especially because I wasn’t the person purchasing. Her comment did not pertain to me, and speaking under assumptions is just not the way to treat a customer. She DOES NOT have customer service skills whatsoever. I get it, some crazy coupon ladies ruin it for the rest of us, but you can’t just assume everybody is like that. I have already reported this to corporate and I am going to follow up and make sure something is done, because this is NOT THE WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER. Avoid going to this store. There are two others in Del Rio!
