This pharmacy takes forever to even acknowledge your presence and even longer to fill your prescription. Customer service is the worst in Del Rio! They also are consistently out of medications, and having to order it which takes another week to get! You all were better when you were a little pharmacy across the street from the hospital. What’s worse is even the District Manager does not even return calls!However, the store itself has wonderful Customer Service ! Maybe they can teach the pharmacy how to actually treat customers.

In Farmacy sometime that take long time but they are very nice.

I was traveling & away from home when I discovered I left my BP medicine. I quickly called the Del Rio CVS & the Ladies in the Pharmacy quickly resolved my issue & got me the critical medicine I needed. Thank you ladies in the Pharmacy!!!! 5-STAR all the way!!

The Front Store is always Clean and the customer Service is always very courteous and respect. They help you when you need and go with you to the items you are looking for. But, the Pharmacy team some of the clerks are very slow and dont even have an idea what to do. I repeat some employees. I took close to an hour to a clerk to figure out my last name and gather all my meds. I was sick and sitting at the waiting area to get my meds, horrible feelings.

Rushed to the store for allergy medication. Only to find out they close early. I hate when stores do not follow their own posted store hours.

Worst costumer service ever i went in today march 26th and no one said hi or asked if i needed help they make me feel unwelcomed and unwanted i went to the childrens books i was talking to another costumer and the main manager said excuses me i have to get through holding a box still not Acknowlege me or the other customer im a regular coustmer and spend money there you think they would be nicer they just need a better store manager working there maybe her actions would have Influence her workers to say hi or can i help you or let me know if theres anything i can help you with

Pharmacy takes forever to asst u I waited 30 min till someone got to me they work and work and act like they dont see u 6 ppl walked out and left even heard 1 person say they wanted to get all future meds transferred and drive thru is worse never again I will also transfer mu future meds
