They hardly open on time and when running a business and needing materials it’s quite frustrating. The sign says 10am on weekdays and multiple times they aren’t open.

Fast service reasonable prices

Theyre not always open with hours that are posted on the window. Customer service could improve, but when theres no competition in Del Rio I suppose you can treat customers how ever you like.

Absolutely no pride in the work done here. I called in the morning to request having something laminated. I told him the dimensions and he said the roll was almost out but that he should have enough. I let him know I needed it soon, and he said it should work fine. When I arrived, my product was taken to the back where I could not see the roll myself. It ran out without even laminating half of it, ruining the entire project I had spent my time and money to create. I asked him why he would try to laminate my product (knowing it would ruin it if there was not enough) if there was clearly a questionable amount left. He said he told me there wasnt very much left this morning when I called. He took absolutely no accountability and didnt care at all that I now need to make my product completely from scratch again. Customers trust businesses as the product expert, but that is definitely not the case here. Do not spend your money at Copies To Go.

Absolutely awful service. Refused to give a price quota until after the printing process, essentially locking in a purchase. Print quality is mediocre at best, and its left me wondering what purpose my business even has with them.

Closed when they are supposed to be open

I stopped by for a quick copy because I didnt want to drive home and use my own. The copy provided to me was too dark for the purpose I needed (I dont want to submit to the federal government a picture they cant see). I requested to the man if he could lighten it on his printer and he proceeded to refuse my request without even trying stating that it couldnt get any lighter because picture was dark. So you mean to tell me its 2018 and high tech printers cant do that. So he graciously returned my 50 cents and I went home. I printed a perfect copy with my cheap printer. I guess men in southtexas dont like to be mansplained. Poor service and professionalism.

Flat out turned away my business. The owner said he would be wasting time and money on my print request. That he would rather not even try.
