I honestly don’t know how this place has such bad reviews! They have great customer service, super kind and helpful, always striking up conversation when you give them a chance.They stayed open past 10pm filling bottles after the snow storm and then one of the guys took deliveries out to people who couldn’t make it into town. I can’t imagine how hard it would be to work from 8am-10pm hauling those bottles around in the cold! Thank y’all for the extended hours, I know I’m not the only one that was warm at night because of your work!

If anyone in the Del Rio area wants to see what selfless service looks like, stop by and watch the Pico team in action. Since this storm started, Pico has worked non stop to get the community supplied. They have worked diligently and compassionately even though they too are struggling with their own challenges with the storm. Our world needs more goodness, the Del Rio Pico Propane and Fuels is a shining example of that goodness.From the bottom of my heart, thank you for what you’ve not only done for the community but for us out here at the LAFB FamCamp.

Called to see if they were available to fill up tank and was told that the man who does it was out for lunch and would return at 2 pm. I call back at 2 and get told that he was out for the rest of the day. It’s a good thing I didn’t drive there first. It’s obvious this business has no interest in good customer service or minding peoples schedules.

The day of one of the biggest storms in 30 years they were closed! Unbelievable that they aren’t concerned for their customers, elderly, children, or anyone but themselves. This should be against the law and local officials should get involved. Somebody needs to get in the propane business and they would take all of their business in 6 months!

Fixed price even if your tank is half full. Closed a lot also.

Fast friendly service. Our propane was filled quickly and we were on our way.

Wish it was still the old owners. New ones suck. They do whatever they want whenever they want. Close before time or at random. Make us wait till they feel like coming out to fill our gass. We can be waiting in line 40 minutes and even though we made it before lunch or closing they will tell us last minute we are closed come back later. That is very unfair and unprofessional. Do ur job if you cant then quit or better yet dont even own a business. Only reason i gave 1 star is because thats the lowest i can go.

Horrible expirience with this place. Absolutely unreliable and unproffesional. They open and close as they wish and the people in charge to help you fill your propane tank are nowhere to be found. I took my tank to get filled and the only person there was the secretary. The supposed employee left and wasnt going to be back until an hour even though it was during buisness hours, not lunch hour. A friend of mine also took their tank and the place was already out of gas by 10:00am amd was told to come back in the afternoon. Taking my buisness to Acuña from now on.
