I owe this whole team at HEB and Curbside many thanks. They really made being at home during the pandemic bearable with the ability to order curbside groceries and keep things in stock as much as they could. HEB is my favorite store and I dont see that changing. They really care and innovate where it matters most.

Ive used curbside since it was available in my area and Ill never go back to doing my own shopping unless I HAVE to. I like that I can make notes on certain items and that I have the availability to allow for substitutions or not. It takes the stress out of grocery shopping with two kids.

Love HEB but your curbside service is horrible. Every time we put a order in you always leave a few items out and still charge us. I will leave curbside to Wholefoods and only get groceries in person at HEB. You need a grading system cause some of the curbside employees don’t care!!!!!

The curbside service is well run with mostly short wait times. The free service during the stage 5 level of the pandemic alert was indispensable.

Works like it should, gets kinda crowded sometimes trying to wait for a spot. Good attentive staff.

Curbside pick up options are getting more and more unorganized. Slots are being over booked causing a back up and major delays with pick ups. (Not the first time)Had a 6-6:30 pick up time no available spots to park and a line formed back to the main road. After waiting until almost 6:45 called and asked if I could come in to get my order and was told no.Went inside and shopped for what was on the list myself checked out and still had a huge line at curbside.I counted 5 front end employees that didnt seem to be busy bagging that could have been pulled to assist with curbside in such a crunch.

This was my 2nd time doing curbside and it was great. I will be doing curbside again!

Prompt and professional, even when they are busy. I never thought Id trust another person to pick out my produce. I trust HEB Mueller to keep rockin it!

Had to wait in line to even park in a space for curbside. While waiting people had it blocked where a car was trying to pull through to get to the ER!!!! This is a cluster of a freakin mess. Made the guy aware that placed my groceries in the car that this was not safe at all due to the ER AT THE HOSPITAL HERE. They need to fix this quick and it was a 30 min wait .

This is a great service. I will continue to use.

Fast and quick service fast and quick service

We need this service so this review is based on a sample size of a few deliveries a week since they have opened. Between HEB curbside and HEB delivery they fail in some way at least 80% of the time. Here are some gems: Items are missing, one or more bags of groceries are missing, they say they were out of stock and we go inside and there is plenty of the item, they miss the delivery window by three or four or five hours without warning and you have a stranger beating on your door at 11:00pm at night instead of 5pm. It is impossible to plan anything around these imbeciles and I direct that insult toward the management responsible, and god forbid if you allow substitutions of items then it appears you will get what ever the shopper sees first regardless of inventories (Of course they always charge for missing items and they have never once caught the errors) Another dinner ruin by HEB. I would love any reasonable response from a HEB higher level manager other than the always gracious and embarrassed shift supervisor.

Staff is giving it their all in these trying times.
